So, I know. None of them are anything like the map I posted a while back. They're not as colorful or detailed, but this was for a couple of reasons... 1) It's easier work for me, 2) They're easier to read, I do believe, and 3) We're somewhat revamping the site anyway. Maps like these are adaptable with whatever scheme we choose to go with.

Oh! And you see some of the location names? Named after previous Alphas. I pulled most of the names from that history thread we have (and it'd be nice if we could formulate a history of sorts here), and just kind of threw them. I thought it was a good touch.

And yes, that is a volcano in Jabbar... It can be dormant or whatever, but it's there.

And yeah, there can be swamps in there... They're just not large enough to be significant on the map. Same with all of the random oasis..es... and rivers and lakes and such. They're not large enough to be on the map, but this map is just for general direction and all that shizz. Otherwise, let your imagination go wild!

Nope...no swamps...well none that have developed to be considered significant on the map. Though I suppose some areas near the water could be made into swampy areas for rp reasons if you needed one..

I forget to comment here but i love love love love this edited version Silvers! Much more to my liking! Now I shall place it somewhere....As for the personalized maps of each pack.. I think maybe we should get those who have wolves in each pack get together and discuss, maybe even submit ideas and then we can blend them together and such....and other ppl can help too of course but ya know. =)

Thanks Midnight ^_^ I tried to make things geographically correct (well, ignoring the hemisphere aspect... lol), with the desert on one side of the mountains and the lush valleys on the other.

Not that I know very much or have much experience, but I really like how you did Hamara, Silent! I see it as very accurate to the pack descriptions! And I like it being in the corner. It fits well. I do agree with Warrior about Tirisfals being next to Muerta Mountains though. Mountains and valleys tend to go together.

I like it even better now that it's been updated and suits what everyone else wanted (since I haven't been involved wiht FnI very long). Personally, I enjoy the lighter-colored lakes and things. They look fun

how's that? i added arctic-y-ness.... yeah, it screws with the hemispheres and such, but it's still semi-realistic. the connecting pieces are up to the arctic there, and one stemming off from jabbar. hopefully you can see now where 'old' jabbar was, with more of the ashes still there. also. the lone lands and tirisfal are a little bigger now. the lighter-colored blue water within the lands are freshwater lakes (rivers and stuff were too small to add significantly to the map), and the lighter-colored blue water around the pearl is to show that it's more tropical, not desert, there.

No, no, Silent, it's cool. I had the feeling some edits would be in order, so it is very possible for me to fix it. And, I was wondering if I should put them on an island or a peninsula or something... <.<

I still have the photoshop file, so editing it really is no problem. And, well, I'd like for things to be perfecto, y'know? :]

OH. GUYS. what if there was like... more than one part of the lone lands...? like, two separate lone lands? because not all the territory i'm guessing can be claimed... just wondering...

Time to be a debbie downer. (Don't worry its only on two points)

I would rather it not be an island, because as Fossy says it kinda makes no sense for other wolves to travel there and if it had been an island this whole time I think a lot of the rping would have been altered in some sense. Even if you do make it a peninsula...like from Hamara's side or something...or even the lower part of jabbar and Midnight... And I think the lone lands should be a bit bigger too o.O

They just kinda stick their foreleg out, and the Knight Bus picks them up if the wolf gets seasick... I mean, seriously, if that bus can squeeze between two cars next to each other, surely it can run over water. XD
