| All right. Chances are, it's your browser that's causing all your problems. Simply put: IE sucks, no matter what version of it, no matter how many virus scanners you have. I'd suggest either downloading Google Chrome ( http://www.google.com/chrome/ ) or Mozilla FireFox ( http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/new/ ); both are very reliable and user-friendly. Just download either one, run them as you would your normal internet, and click "make this my default browser". You'll find that many of the problems you encounter with IE (such as this image not showing up; IE has trouble reading even the simplest of code). If you're worried about losing your bookmarks and your saved pages, you will be able to transfer them over to the new browser. Secondly, I'm sure you're aware that you can set up more than one email... You said that your Verizon email sucks since this cache error and has gone unfixed, you'll probably just want to set up a new account (and yes, on Facebook, you can change your email address). Try something easier, like Yahoo, Gmail, or even AOL. Thirdly, if you find that your inbox is swamped with Facebook messages (and I don't know if you've done this yet), you're able to stop Facebook from sending them just by going to "Account > Account Settings > Notifications" ; here, you will be able to select what you want Facebook to send and not send you. And I have no idea how this turned into technical support, lol. Windows 7 isn't a bad OS, and it's relatively up-to-date with most PCs. I use Windows 7 myself, in addition to Ubuntu. If you have any questions or are lost in this technological jargon, don't hesitate to ask. I'd like to help you with your computer problems, and further prevent you from getting frustrated with technology :] | |

| Just regular old Internet Explorer 8.0 and Windows XP (I only have Windows 7 on my laptop). The second problem has an easy explaination: my Verizon email account sucks. Ever since it got overloaded with messages from Facebook, it has been kind of retarded, and even when I deleted all of them and the cache, the account just never worked the same anymore. Now if a message is sent with over 2 K's of data and I try to read it, the computer becomes unresponsive. Plus, the couple times I could pull up the picture, it just wouldn't directly save. Solution: I got a chance to see the picture for a minute before the thing became unresponsive, which was enough time to do the ctrl + print screen action where you can get an image of the entire page. Then I just cropped it and saved. O_O Big answer | |

| Yes I like it, and I appreciate the help. Unfortunately, I have ANOTHER problem. I can handle this myself, though, but the image is basically trapped in my email. It won't let me copy or save the file to anything. It keeps failing for some reason unspecified, and I've checked both the picture Properties and My Documents | |

| ...did you send it? Cause it never showed up if you did. Btw, your post just after the one with the picture of Dairro was the closest shot you had, since now the message at least says "This image had been moved or deleted" instead of just a red X | |
