| Kintail pushed onward through the night his grey coat bloody from his last fight with a pack of loner males. He barely made it out of there alive. His teeth were bared and his eyes were lit up like fire. Once he healed he would hunt them down one by one! No one ever got the jump on him like that especially a pack of pups like they were. He snarled at himself for being so foolish in following the enticing scent of a drappa. He should have known they were after her as well. The females scent was over powering. He let out a huff as his tail twitched out anxiously behind him. He came to a cave that looked unused and decided that this is where he would stay for the night to lick his wounds. He scrabbled up the rocky ledge his paws slick with blood but he eventually made it up the hill. He stood outside the cave entrance and sniffed, checking to see if anything inhabited the cave. He smelled nothing and proceeded in entereing the cave. He heard the faint trickle of water and he limped to the back of the damp cave. To his relief there was small stream that flowed in the back of the cave and he stared down at his reflection in the water. His left ear had a slight tear in it and his muzzle has cuts all over it. His tounge lolled out of his mouth and he licked his nose but winced at the stinging pain that shot through him. He growled again getting irritated. He padded over to the driest part of the cave and slumped down on the floor. His sides heaved with anger and pain. He wished to still find the female but he also wished to kill the pack of loners. He lifted his head up and let a howl rip through the air all of the anger, pain and lonelyness sang out of him and it was intesified by the echo of the cave walls. He let a wolfy grin play across his mouth hoping that pack would hear him to know that he was coming for them! But he also hoped the drappa heard it as well so she would know that there was a loner alpha male that seeked her attention that is if she was interested. All he could do was wait............... | |

| A small, lithe female tread across the lands, her head filled with confused thoughts and her heart shut to the world - anger was the only thing that burned within her heart. The season had come again, and she had fled from the territory of her home, afraid to be around those wolves. She wanted to stay loyal to Jabbar, to live contently there and continue her life as a trustworthy pack member, but there was so much that she couldn't settle with - including a male. He was everything she wanted, and yet she did not feel up to his standard. He was too good for her, and she couldn't even stick around for him. Surely if she returned, she would be met with hostility by him, and she couldn't face that. She just needed some time alone to figure out what she was going to do, and to forget about it all. Maybe she could cool down a bit, and find something or someone that she would be content with out here. Or maybe she would even meet someone who would go back with her to Jabbar, someone who would keep her stable. She lifted her head, ears perked as she heard a howl tear through the sky. It sounded full of anguish, with a tone of aggression. Her curiousity was piqued, and she wondered who that could be. No doubt a loner. She glanced around herself for a moment, seeing nothing but the barren lands. What else did she have to do? She would find the lone wolf that had howled, as he seemed to be beckoning company. She headed in the direction she was certain the howl had come from, and it was not long before a scent hit her nares - several scents. Her eyes widened, and she looked around warily. There was a group of males hanging about, and she quickly tucked her tail. Her scent would be such a give away, and she couldn't let them find her. She knew what would happen if a group of bachelors were to find her. Why had she left the safety of the pack? It was not often that she feared something, but this was indeed something she dreaded. She slipped about the lands silently, though the brush was thin here, close to the lone lands.Bloodeye whipped around as pawfalls sounded behind her, and a male approached her with bad intentions flashing in his eyes. Her hackles rose and teeth were bared, ready to deal some damage. She would not go easy on this male; the others mulled around behind him, seeming to be waiting for their chance. She took an unsettled step back, then, without hesitation or warning, she launched herself at the male, snapping at his face with crush power. Caught off-guard by her sudden ferocity, the male barely stepped back in time to avoid having his face torn badly, but she didn't stop there. She chomped at his ear, continuing her onslaught in an attempt to discourage him from making any further advances. He lashed back at her, now angered with the intent to get her on the ground where she would be helpless. But she was nimble and quick - nobody put her on the ground, ever. Their teeth clashed, then he tried to wrap his forelegs around the front of her body to control her, but she wriggled away, shifting her weight to her hinds, then launched herself forward again. Her jaws latched onto the side of his neck, just behind his ear, and she shook hard. His hide was thick and she couldn't rip him open, but her teeth crushed down hard, brusing the flesh severely. He thrashed, removing himself from her grip. She stared at him for a moment, fury burning in her eyes, adrenaline now pulsing through her veins. She could tell he was young and inexperienced; he'd never learned to fight well, he was just using his weight to try to overpower her. There was no technique to it. "Get out of here, hessian," she sneered. The other males came up behind the first, as though trying to intimidate her. She lunged forward, letting loose a feral bark with teeth exposed. While they all flinched, she took her chance to bolt, running as hard as she could. Though she could hold her own one-on-one, she knew she'd be no match for several males, no matter how poor their fight skills. Her mind went from thinking to reacting as she darted between the trees, putting as much distance between herself and the males as quickly as possible. When she finally noticed they were not following, she wondered how long ago they'd given up. Becoming more aware of her surroundings again, she also noticed the sting of several cuts upon her muzzle. She huffed, shaking her head as she caught her breath. She lifted her head, scenting the air. She had to be sure no one was around, and when she caught the scent of yet another male, she was reminded of the fact she'd been searching for a loner to begin with. The scent of blood was present also, and she wondered why. Following the scent, it was not long before she came upon a rocky ledge smeared with blood. The male's scent resided here. She clawed her way up, and found the entrance to the cave he was in. She looked inside, but it was too dark to see. "Hello?" she uttered, her feminine voice echoing into the darkness, "Someone in there?... Are you.. okay?" She didn't usually show much concern for others, but she had seeked him out, and the smell of blood was strong. She hoped he would come out, and wouldn't come on as strongly as those other wolves. [Ooc: I asked because I wanted to post here hehe. Sorry it's so very long XD] | |

| His muzzle, paws and tail all twitched in his sleep. He was dreaming of running, running from what he didn't know. All that he knew was that he had to get out fast! His paws scrabbled at the dirt as he tried to get his pads to grip. His ears now twitched with the sound of a silky female voice. His large grey body swung right as he ran towards the noise, then darkness hit. He awoke with start, his body quivered with adrenilane and his tounge lolled out of his mouth as he panted violently. He closed his eyes for a breif moment and then they snapped open wide as he heard the same female voice call out to him. Was he still dreaming and this was just a trap? He shook the thought from his mind as he rose from the damp floor. He huffed in pain and stiffness when he rose. He braced his self against the cave wall for a minute. The voice came through the cave again and his hackles rose. He moved off the wall and began to limp towards the mouth of the cave with his tail and head raised. There was a lone female standing at the mouth of the cave. She was pure white and her posture was all alpha. Her expression was a little timid and unsure of the situation but yet she stayed to see what would come out of the cave. He was sure that if he hadn't come out she would have ventured into the cave herself to find him. He gave a wolfy grin and let his posture become more relaxed as to not frighten her. He reached the mouth of the cave and stepped out of the shadows "hello" his husky voice said in reply. He could smell that she was in heat and his body stirred for her but he suppresed the urge. He also noticed that she had cuts on her muzzle and his hackled raised slightly again thinking about the group of males that he would soon be hunting down once he was healed. | |

| She could hear some scuffling coming from within the den, followed by sudden, heavy panting. She tilted her head. What could be going on? She didn't wonder long as she heard more certain pawsteps, and readied herself to see what was coming. She scented the air, and the male's scent came to her, moments before he showed himself at the entrance of the cave. Her tail rose naturally into the air, as she wanted to make it clear that she could defend herself. But the brute before her did not seem threatening at the moment; he grinned at her and let his posture relax. She couldn't help but to do the same, and she felt the inner stirrings of her body working. His rough voice entered her auds, and she folded them back gingerly, a narrow-eyed look crossing her features. Oh, how she hated this season.. it made her act out in ways she wouldn't usually. That's why she had tried to be alone, to escape the pack, the pressure she felt... What would she have done around Zai in this state? Her body shuddered, and her hackles rose, but it was somewhat pleasant. She looked to the male in front of her. He was cut up as well; had it been the same group of males after him, too? It must have been!"Those males..." she murmured, then let a low growl slip out, "They think they're big stuff. Foolish whelps." She gave a slight glare, feeling the same anger that he did as his hackles rose. Her tail lashed, spreading her intoxifying scent into the air. She stifled a rumble of annoyance at the fact, and allowed her tail to slowly fall into a neutral position. With her eyes fixed on him, she asked, "Where do you hail from?" She wanted to know more about him, instead of letting her foolish instincts take over. Though she was more sensitive than she led on, she was not one to just give herself over so easily to another. She would see what this brute was like, what he was all about... and maybe he would be interested in pursuing her, maybe not. Time would tell. | |

| Her scent was intoxicating and he wanted to take her and claim her as his right then and there. But his body was still too weak to attempt a mating. He sighed internally and that was if she accepted him. He layed his ears back slightly looking over his muzzle "those males went after you as well?" he asked his voice had a slight alarm to it. He stood up a little taller trying to hide his concern for this unknown female. It bothered him slightly that he cared so much. His tail flicked out behind him in agitation and his claws flexed in the dirt. But even those tiny movements made him wince at the stinging pain in the cuts in his pads. He bowed his head slightly to her "I am a loner... There is no one place that I have settled" he said proudly. He liked the fact that he was a loner, the fact that he didn't have to worry about other pack members suited him. He gave her a sly grin "and what of you?" he asked, his eyes meeting hers. His body quivered for her but he tried to regain control. He only felt this way because she was in heat! Well thats what he told himself. | |

| The male seemed a little bit distracted, and Bloodeye could guess why. He could smell her, but she was surprised at how he composed himself. She knew he might feel stronger though, if he hadn't had a run-in with that rogue group. Then his voice reached her auds, and she caught the slight tone of alarm. She tilted her head, wondering what it was that alarmed him - it couldn't be that he cared, could it? It wasn't something she expected, she just assumed he was looking for a female, not a bond. She grinned, seeing him shift somewhat uncomfortably, clearly not pleased with having shown some sort of concern. "I tried hard to avoid them, but they found me," she told him. Then she could see the pain in his face as he irritated his wounds, and her grin faded. He was hurting badly, it seemed. Those males only let her get off so easily because she was a femme, otherwise she was sure she'd been in the same boat as the brute before her.But then his voice rang again. He had pushed his discomfort aside to speak, showing no signs of pain through his proud voice. She grinned again, meeting his gaze as he looked to her. So, he hadn't settled yet.. she wondered if he would. She knew her traveling days were over, and she was ready to have a home. Her tassel waved when he shot her a sly grin; she liked his expression, and watched the desire flare in his eyes for a moment before he extinguished it once more. "I come from Jabbar Junayd," she said, looking in the direction of the packlands, "It's not so bad a place. In fact, I think it suits our type quite well.." She smirked, raising a brow and wondering what he would think of this. Obviously he wanted her, but how far would he go to have her? She wanted to know if he could settle himself in one place, or if he would get bored. Being a loner for so long really became a way of life, where one needn't care for anybody else, and was not restricted by obligations. Would he put that life behind him? | |

| (ooc: sorry about that.... my parents went camping and took the laptop with them....)
he grinned his wicked canines showing "well I'm sure they smelled your scent" he said. He wondered if she caught the double meaning in his statement. He hoped she had so she would understand just how much he craved her and that he knew she was in heat. But then again she might bite him for being so rude and blunt. So moved catiously out of her way to the mouth of the cave to get a breath of fresh air. His grey coat shone in the moonlight though blood still matted his coat. As soon as he healed more he would be taking a swim to clean himself. His ears lay flat when she said where she came from "so your not a loner?" he growled. Looking off into the direction that she motioned to. He said nothing about her last statement about the pack not being so bad. His hackles only raised slightly in defiance. His yellow eyes stared off into the night. He turned to glance at the pretty female her snow white coat looked ghostly in the night. His desire for her stirred once more and this time he took a step closer to her his legs having a mind of their own. | |

| She went silent as he made a statement regarding her 'scent'. Ears folded back slightly, and she gave the slightest of growls. She had never liked wolves that came on strongly, without even so much as a courtship... but her body responded without permission. Her tail lifted slightly, waving gently as though to broadcast her scent further, filling the air around them. Why must I behave like this? she questioned herself, I can't give into this right now... but she knew there was no logic to the situation. It was all instinct, and eventually she would not be able to resist it. Crimson orbs shifted over his frame as he stepped out into the moonlight, the grey of his pelt highlighted in an almost eerie way against the dark surroundings. He almost appeared as a phantom, like he might disappear into the shadows at any moment. The only thing that gave away his mortality were the numerous wounds and blood stains matting his coat. And his scent, of course, a masculinity that, to her, floated on the air more heavily than her heat. Unrestrained, she followed him, moving up by his side, yet staying just far enough apart that their fur did not touch. Yet, she could still feel the warmth radiating from his body, and her own body responded with craving. Such physical affection had not been felt by her in moons. She was brought back to her senses somewhat when he let loose a growl, a question attached that she knew didn't need an answer. Clearly he was displeased, and she became rather disappointed. He wouldn't remain with her. She watched him as he looked in the direction of her pack, of Jabbar Junayd, his hackles rising as though to defy the thought that she resided there. He seemed to gaze into the distance, as though lost in thought for a few moments, before his mind returned to the present. Electric eyes of he fixated upon her again, and Bloodeye looked back at him with a piercing glare, watching him as he moved towards her. His gaze gave it all away, telling her exactly what he felt. It seemed that his body moved just as much by instinct as her own. She could not hold the sharpness of her stare, and she moved closer to him, her own desire welling up within her. Then, with the last ounce of her self-control, she slipped past him, unlocking her eyes from his to thwart the attraction, if only for the moment. Her tassel lingered promisingly under his chin, however, before she pranced several feet from him, turning to face him again. "My curse is Bloodeye," she told him, though doubtful he would remember it in time, "And you?" She looked him up and down. He was a handsome male that she wouldn't mind priveleging herself to, but she had to play a little hard to get first, slow things down just a bit. She gave him a coy look, tilting her head. "Isn't a woman owed some romance?" she asked slyly, tail swaying enticingly, "I would think so, before we get too personal." She continued looking at him, wondering what he would say or do. Would he play her game, or be too wound up by his instincts? | |

| He loved the way she responded to him, but he reminded himself to keep his desires in check. He wished to get to know this beautiful female better and he hoped she felt the same way about him. He watched her with interest as he saw her struggle with her emotions. He gave a devil of a grin at her. He quivered slightly when she stepped closer to him. Her lithe body radiating warmth and her scent over powering. Oh how she tortured him, but yet it deeply pleased him. Her eyes stared right back at him not challenging him but showing her place as an alpha. Not afraid to stare an alpha male in the eyes. He had the notion to lick her like wolf mates would. Especially when she moved closer to him. Their fur only inches apart from one another. He yearned to close the gap. But he just sighed and continued to stare into her eyes and try to control himself. He flinched slighlty when she broke the tension so quickly. He watched her moved forward and he felt the need to do the same. To follow her, but he stilled himself. He was staring at the back of her head looking over her pretty little ears and her fur. Until he finally noticed the overpowering scent of her. Her tail was raised and it lingered not far from his face. His whole body tensing as if ready to mount her. He didn't know how much longer he could control himself with how she teased him so. But she swiftly moved away from his reach. He shook his head trying to regain control, "Bloodeye?" he asked. He stood taller at her question "I am a loner" he said "I have been a loner for two years now" he said. His mind flashing back to the day he split from his fathers pack. He relaxed his position and gave a husky chuckle at her next question "well of course" he said giving a smile "and here I thought you were just going to torture me to death with your heavenly scent" he said his tone joking. He moved closer to her his alpha male body full of pride and strength. He would show her just how alpha he could be. He would begin to court her. He reached his muzzle out to nose her neck lightly in a loving gesture. Hoping he hadn't pushed too far. He liked this female more and more. He only hoped she would stay with him instead of going back to a pack. | |

| She perked her ears when his voice sounded, listening for his name, but he did not give it. He merely stated his position in life; he was a loner, and had clearly been one for some time. She did not mind that he wouldn't give his name, it added to the mystery of who he was. But maybe, being a loner, he just didn't have one. Perhaps he had forgotten it long ago. Whatever the case, he was secretive and she would not find out much in just one sitting. They needed more time for everything to be discovered. Watching him, she noticed the tension in his body, and smirked, knowing how hard he tried to hold himself back. She liked that he actually controlled himself, waiting for the moment to be just right for both of them. It must have been hard for him, for he did not know her and yet she offered herself so teasingly, only to make him wait longer. Still, he obliged, and she enjoyed it. At last, she saw his body relax when she asked her question, and he chuckled with a rough tone. When he smiled at her, she didn't know how to respond at first. As usual, she wanted to resist it, for she kept telling herself she was not emotional, she was not the desperate type. It was futile though, for her body rebelled against her mind, and she smiled back at him, a full and heartfelt smile. She indulged in the feeling as he spoke, and couldn't help but chuckle a little herself at his words. "Where would be the fun if I did not torture my victim?" she asked jokingly, looking into his eyes. She observed him as he moved closer, his posture proud and his body strong. She dug her nails into the ground as she watched his muscles rippling beneath his pelt, his legs bringing him straight over to her, no more hesitation or holding back. His muzzle brushed through the fur of her mane, lightly but with passion, and she was surprised by the power of the gesture. She melted against him, her body drawing closer to his. She put herself at his side, her tail finding his and entwining itself with the male's. Her body was petite beside him, and she pressed herself into him, feeling his warmth and reveling in it. Bloodeye felt so distant from her usual self, and yet she had no desire to stop herself. The moment brought feelings that she could not resist, that would not be worth resisting. She needed this. The femme pressed her head up under his chin, just wanting to be as close as possible to him. Then she turned her head so that she could nibble at the edge of his ear, and lick him softly. Her tassel still held high, releasing her perfume to intoxicate him with. She knew it would not be long before they closed the gap between them entirely, and she felt her body crave the coming moment even more. | |

| He smiled as he watched her struggle with her desires. He could play this waiting game that this devlish she wolf played on him. His eyes were clouded with his need for her but he didn't give an inch closer to her afraid that he might not be able to hold back. He laughed at her response "very true" he said. After he nuzzled her neck he could sense her excitement growing for him. But what suprised him more was that she moved into his side. Her could feel the warmth of her small body pressing into his fur. He quivered and leaned back slightly into her. He could feel her tail searching for his and he obliged and wrapped his tail with hers. Every swish of her tail scent her intoxicating scent to him. He began to pant slightly with the rush of excitment her felt and he could feel his groin area stirring. He began to ache for her. He looked down at her lust filling his eyes. Her turned to look at her and she moved her head under his chin. He sighed in contentment, his ears lay flat and he gave a gentle humming growl in approvel. When she nipped his ear and licked him he smiled and threw his head over her neck as if hugging her. He squeezed her close "if you keep teasing me like this I dont know how much longer I will be able to hold back" he murmered in her fur. Smelling her sweet and feral scent. She smelled like pine and earth. He was in heaven. | |

| She felt his weight press into her body, his tail wrapping with hers, and she gave a low, pleased growl. Her own pulse elevated when she heard him pant, for she knew he was growing weaker to his desires, her scent beckoning to him constantly. Her breathing quickened, and her instincts took control of her body. She looked up at him, her eyes meeting his as he looked down upon her, eyes clouded with desire. She growled again, smirking at him. She could feel the excitement rushing through him as his body quivered against hers. Then his head went over her neck, and he pulled her in closer to him, holding her firmly. His voice rang in her auds, and she exhaled deeply, letting loose a soft moan of anticipation. "What beast holds back his desires?" she questioned, her voice low as she turned her head up to reach for the side of his scruff, mouthing him roughly. Then she stopped, breathing in his scent for a moment, murring softly. Her body shifted towards him, the urgency of her instincts taunting him, trying to draw him in. If he had wanted her before, certainly he would be all over her now, as her tail shifted aside, her scent coming forth full force. | |

| He could feel her pulse racing as he rubbed against her and his own quickened as well. Every time he touched her he felt a zap go through him like he had been shocked. It wasn't a unpleasent feeling it was nice. He chuckled when she questioned him "that is a very good question" he said his tone husky with need. After she grabbed his scruff as teasingly moved her tail aside he couldn't hold back any longer. He gave a wolfy grin and moved behind her. He nuzzled the dock of her tail to warn her of what was about to happen. He lifted his front paws off the ground and began to mount her. His front legs closed around her sides pulling himself onto her. He gently nuzzled the back of her neck before he fully entered her. With one thrust he was in, he gave a groan of pleasure. He continued to thrust until he felt the knot begin to form. He stopped thrusting all together. He licked her neck "you ok?" he asked his voice heavy. | |

| Bloodeye grinned back at the male as he made his move, bringing himself up behind her, nuzzling her tail. The touch only made her feel it more, and she braced her legs, knowing that his weight would be upon her at any moment. She felt his muzzle touch the back of her neck, and she arched herself toward him, feeling his entire body against hers. She felt his forelegs wrap firmly around her abdomen, and she pushed herself into him, her body wanting every feeling that was to come. He took his position and forced himself inside of her, melding them into one being. She growled, though not in anger, but with enjoyment, as his heft beared down on her again and again with each thrust of his hips. Her limbs tingled and burned, a sensation that she did not want to douse. She tilted her head back, her face nuzzling up towards his. She let out a deep breath as her body went through the motions, and she felt herself peak at the highest point of pleasure, her entire body set on fire. Then at last, the knot had formed, and he stopped his movements. She panted rather heavily, tired, but knowing they would be together for some time still. His heavy voice found its way to her ears, and she smirked. "I'm great," she said, her voice revealing her obvious contentment. However, her mind drifted slightly, and she wondered what would come of their meeting and intimate encounter. She knew her body had craved this, and that her season had told her to go through with it, but she didn't know if it was what she really wanted. She hated that about her heat; it did not allow her to make decisions based on her psychological wants, merely on her body's needs. Did she really need this? She hoped that her thoughts did not show through her expression, though the male on top of her might have a hard time seeing her face. She wondered briefly what he thought. He hadn't even given her his name; maybe he did not intend to have a mate. But perhaps it was best that way. She pondered over the many possibilities, trying to find within herself what it was that she really desired. At last, when it was over, she parted from him, and looked to his face. Though a handsome male, she was really not sure if this was what she wanted. A mate, commitments, settling down. She was ready to stay in one place, amongst a pack, but she was still a hot-headed, fiery spirit, and she wasn't ready to be tamed. She wasn't sure she ever would be. She didn't know what this mysterious brute wanted, either, but she didn't really want to get down to talking about it. It would be too personal a thing to talk about, and she didn't want to make decisions with someone. She would make her own path. "That was just what I needed," she said, her voice softer than before, "And that was all I needed. I'm returning to my pack now, feel free to join me if you want. You'd be welcome in my eyes." She grinned coyly, then turned away from him and started her journey back to Jabbar. It would not be a far trek, and she was somewhat relieved that she would be going back now. She knew her absences were not appreciated, and she couldn't blame the wolves that didn't like or trust her. Trotting onward, she felt energy pulse through her legs, but different from the energy that had flowed through her moments ago, and she moved swiftly back to Jabbar. | |
