Winter could see the displeasure in Akira's face as she took in the news of her betas, though the Queen merely gave her a curt nod in acknowledgement. She had too many other things to worry about right now. Winter looked to Curse as she gave an answer to what Akira had asked, and she wrinkled her nose. The fae did not seem very bright, yet she seemed to have a controlling nature. Looking back to Akira, she could see the elevated level of fury on the femme's face when she heard Curse's ignorant reply. Then the white witch whipped her head towards Winter, and for a moment she flinched, wondering if that fury was going to be directed at her. But she quickly realized that Akira was only speaking to her in spite of Curse. She knew that the questions asked were not ones needing an answer, even as the Queen stepped closer to her. Winter snorted, looking to Curse with a sneer. What a fool. Then Akira snapped, and there was a flurry of teeth as she lunged for Pitchra and the brute lashed back just as Deadly Sins made his presence known. Winter's hackles raised. She looked to Vengeance just as another familiar face came close; Cheveyo. Where had the young femme been all this time? She perked her ears as the youth gave news of the male half of their family beeing in trouble. Winter growled. Why did all of this have to happen right now? She snapped her fangs at Vengeance. "Go be of some use, you nasty little brat," she snarled, nudging the fae roughly, "Get them here as quickly as possible." With that, she turned away from her two little sisters and moved closer to her Queen, ready to assist should the need arise.-----------------------Avenged watched with an unchanging expression as Akira openly showed her rage, and seemed to direct it straight at her sister. Was she going to attack Winter? But her sister did not seem to budge, unfrightened. Her tail flicked into the air with excitement as Akira lunged for a big male wolf, and she was distracted only when she felt a nudge. She turned to see her sister Cheveyo. Pleasant surprise filled her and she almost smiled before becoming stoic once more. She had to let her sister know how displeased she was by her disappearance for all this time. She stiffened slightly as she heard her father, brother and cousin were in trouble. "Hmph," she snorted, sounding uninterested. Then her father's howl filled the air. She growled, torn between how she felt and how she thought she should react. She wasn't impressed by their disappearance."You've all been gone all this time," she snapped, giving her sister an angry glare, "Ignoring me and leaving me behind, and now suddenly you want help? Hmph!" She turned away pointedly from Cheveyo, lashing her tail. But then suddenly her older sister was snapping teeth at her, causing her to cringe slightly. She glared at Winter as the older femme told her to go, but didn't argue further as Winter gave her a rough push to get going. She growled and looked to Cheveyo. "Fine, let's go," she agreed, flicking her tail. Despite her frustration, she felt it would be nice to run alongside her sister again. Her tail flicked into the air and she let it sway gently, the only show of how pleased she really was to see that her family was returning. | |

| Time ticked away, and as it did the ashen woman continued to simply lay next to the stone and contemplate things. She grew tired of doing nothing, and it seemed as though action was occuring on a constant basis now, ever since the arrival of the new wolves. Auds picked up the sound of wolves, of the little critters dashing around, of a bird's song. All collectively coming together to a droning sound of nothing, thats when the ashen fem stood. Pillars brought her further to where everyone was, and she began to hear her queen on a rage once again, likely because of some other ignorant wolf, it was clear that some wolves needed to learn Akira's limit, that and learn to have respect. A small chuckle came to her, which surprised her, considering the quietness that had been surrounding her. She wasn't going to involve herself with the drama that was her queen and the ignorant wolves that claimed they wanted a home.
She instead turned her attention to that of a distant howl, and then a tiny cry of alarm. Her amber lanterns first landed on Winter, and a brief flash of memory came to her, adus flicked to the voices dashing around. Names flooded into her, and her gaze moved over the whelps dashing away, Deadly began her chase after the whelps. Ignoring Akira's fight, it seemed Winter planned on backing the queen up, and the ashen fem wouldn't doubt the woman's ability to follow through. Deadly caught up with ease, and led the way ever so slightly. Nostrils flared to catch the males scent, and Deadly quickened her pace. She didn't do it out of excitement, however much she had been looking for, these males were familiar and she knew each one well. They weren't any of the new wolves, which meant that her packmates were in trouble. Deadly's amber gaze flicked back to the two fems following, before she continued leading the way. | |

| Cheveyo flicked her ears back, and furrowed her brows at her sister, with a slight curl of her lips, show her displeasure of her sister's response to her just showing up, after being gone so long. "Now is that anyway to treat your sister?" she questioned."Not my fault you didn't pay attention that I sneaked off to follow father, Ireland, and Elipsis." she retorted. She heard her big sister Winter's words to Avenged, and snickered, and started moving toward where she had come from. She glanced over to her side, at her sister, and caught out of the corner of her eye that Deadly was joining them. She knew her big brother had a crush on this femme wolf, and she believed Deadly felt the same for him, and this situation could possibly bring them together more. After going a ways, she spoke more. "I don't know what we will find. I left them when this big air machine was hovering over them, blowing dirt, and rock around so bad I could hardly see them. I figured running back to the pack for help would be better than staying there, where I could of been in trouble myself, with who knows what." she said to her sister, and Deadly. She sniffed near the ground, and raised her head up, taking in a deep breath. "They're not too far." she said. "They must of got away and started heading back." she added.
Elipsis carried Ireland on his back to fair ease, keeping up with his father. The old wolf upon his back, wasn't as back as he had figured. The old alabaster wolf wasn't as heavy as he looked, old age made him thinner than he used to be, but, he was still a force not to be messed with. His ears flicked back hearing a slight buzzing noise come from the collar they had partially attached around Ireland's neck. "Now how are we gonna get this.. thing, off his neck?" he asked his father. Ludo had been sniffing the air, and watching carefully of the ground, spotting a few tracks here and there. He sighed, and growled slightly. Cheveyo had followed them out, he figured out. He looked to Elipsis. "Well there is two options. One, Either let that thing rot off, or two. Some one's gonna have to sit and chew it off his neck. He is gonna go crazy once he wakes up from that dart they shot at him, and find out he has that on him." he said to him. "Did you happen to smell, that your little sister Cheveyo followed us out?" he asked him. Elipsis nodded."Yeah I did here on our way back." he said.
(Short and crummy now. =P)

| Vengeance sneered at her sister's words. She wanted to hiss back something in response, but she just kept her mouth shut this time. She didn't want to be at odds with her sister after she had just returned. As they moved along, Vengeance caught sight of Deadly as she seemed to approach out of nowhere, taking the lead. The young femme's tail flicked in annoyance. She and her sister had been sent off to bring Ludo, Elipsis and Ireland home, and now this fae had taken it upon herself to lead them. Her muscles bunched, about to pick up her own pace, when she heard Cheveyo's voice, so she stayed even with her sister until things had been explained. It sounded like a very strange, troublesome situation. Possibly dangerous. But she couldn't hear or smell anything out of the ordinary. The air machine must have gone away. Scenting the air after Cheveyo claimed that they were near, Vengeance nodded her head. She recognized their scents on the air as well. Glancing to her sister, she motioned forward with her head. "Let's get moving," she suggested, starting into a gallop. Without waiting, Vengeance took off, wanting to be the first to find them. Her tail grazed the air, spikes ripping through the low-hanging undergrowth as she moved. Now, where were they? She didn't slow down as she took in several rapid breaths through her nose. There! She changed direction slightly and kept moving, until at last she saw their figures in the distance. She saw her brother carrying Ireland, and wondered what could have happened. "Dad! Brother!" she called out. She had not seen them in some time, and she had grown since. Would they recognize her voice? Her body, however, was the spitting image of her mother, though her spindly puppy legs still had substance to gain. Stepping forward, Vengeance moved until she was right in front of them, her two-toned gaze cool but questioning. | |

| Deadly continued her pace, auds flicking to the sound of Cheveyo's voice, catching every word as she continued on. Air machine, the more the fem explained the more dangerous it seemed. The ashen woman simply hoped that the bruja's had got away safely. Though it had been the mention of Elipsis that had caught her attention, Ludo and Ireland were concerning too. She recalled speaking few words with the elder wolf, and she shared a small history with Ludo, which raised her curiosity of where her old rival was. Time seemed to have slipped away on her, and she didn't like that she hadn't been aware of many of the changes. She recalled the wolves showing up, and the tense feeling among the wolves, and then she had left to dwell on her own thoughts. It was an entirely different matter now, she had grown tired of simply ignoring the problems. Even more so, she grew tired of waiting for that boy. It must be an open secret, the ashen woman was quite certain that everyone knew. So what stopped him? Lanterns turned fierce, she felt like smacking the sense into him. As if on cue, the scents of the males came to her, and she heard Vengeance's words. The ashen woman watched as the fem dashed forward, in a spurt of energy. Claws ripped the terra, racing after Vengeance. Letting the younger woman lead the way, it made no difference to Deadly. Amber lanterns caught sight of the fem, before her gaze lifted to the three males. She looked each over in turn, noting Ireland's body on top of Elipsis'. Deadly stepped up next to Vengeance, her own gaze curious.

| Cheveyo shook her head as her sister started moving faster after she spoke about what happened with the three males. She quickened her pace to keep up with her sister and Deadly. She herself was anxious to see that her, brother, and Father was alright, but she knew she was gonna get an ear full, and then some about following the three out there to hunt. Vengeance wasn't the only one who had changed, Cheveyo had grown as well in the absence of her sister. She had a blend of both of her parents' physiques. She was gonna have her father's height, while having mother's kind of thick muscled body, and vengeance wasn't the only one who inherited mother's spikes either. She had too, but they were changing from their blueish silver color, to more silver now. She was always told by her father, she looked a lot like her great grandfather, with her pelt coloration, and her color of eyes, and she felt kind of proud of that in a way. He was a great warrior, and a leader back in his time. She saw them in view, and hurried even faster, but she slowed herself down, almost to a stop as she saw the old Alabaster wolf's body laying upon her brother's body limp. She laid her ears back, and a puzzled look came upon her face, wondering if old Ireland was alright, or if he was dead. He stepped toward his father and brother, and investigated the limp alabaster wolf. "Is he alright?" she asked
Ludo nodded to Elipsis as he agree that he had smelt Cheveyo. He shook his head. "Damn that girl." he muttered. He was gonna give her a piece of his mind, but that thought of reprimanding her, was put on hold as his nares were flooded with her scent, as well as a couple others. He stopped all forward movement, as he saw the three run to them. Seeing his two daughters, and Deadly were the ones coming to their aide. Well, he may not have to give Cheveyo too hard of a time about following them out, since, she went back, and brought others to help. "Avenged, Cheveyo. Well aren't you a sight." he said looking at his two daughters. His eyes went to Deadly. "Greatly appreciated that you came with them." he said to her, with a nod. His eyes went to Cheveyo as she looked around at Ireland's limp body on her brother's back. "The old man will be in a while. We need to get him back to the main pack area, and get the stupid human device chewed off his neck, before he wakes." he said. He raised a brow, almost wondering why Crimson wasn't here, was she that mad at them for their disappearance? He had no clue about what she was doing now. He looked to Avenged. "Where's your mother at?" he asked her.
Elipsis subtly shook his head and chuckled lightly, lightly amused with his father's worries about Cheveyo following them out. Of course, whenever the day came he had pups of his own, he would be just as bad as he was, for worrying about them. He had to admit, her little sister did a heck of a good job of keeping herself undetected, till she ran back to the main pack lands. He glanced back at the still out of it Ireland, wondering how long it would take for him to come to. He imagined for with the way his father talked, it could be a couple hours. Catching the scent of his little sisters, as well as his fem of interest, he perked his ears forward. He straightened up some as the trio came into view, and they approached them. He smirked, as his little sister stood right infront of them, he raised a front paw up, and ruffed up the fur on Vengeance's head, balancing himself on three legs, for a short moment, before his eyes went to Deadly. He knew he just needed to get it over with, and quit trying to ignore his feelings for she wolf. Maybe when everything was all said and done with this incident with Ireland, he could talk with Deadly about it. He ears perked toward his father, as he asked Avenged where their mother was. That was a good question. He was curious to know too. He figured she would be out here with them, chewing him, and Ludo inside out.

| Vengeance glanced to the side as Deadly arrived beside her, but she felt less tense about the femme's presence by now. She had her own reasons for being here. She watched Cheveyo go forward to see if Ireland was alright. Curious, she stepped forward as well, sniffing at him and hearing her father's response to her sister's question. She turned to her father and smirked as he commented on she and her sister. He seemed impressed by the growth they'd gone through - it was too bad he wasn't there to experience all of this time with them. She scowled at the thought, sighing. That was why mom was crazy - well, Crimson had always been crazy, but she'd gotten worse because Ludo, Cheveyo and the boys had all gone without a word. That's why she'd gotten herself into that predicament in Hamara Sydan... Vengeance wondered if she was dead yet. Probably. She was fighting an entire pack, after all. That, or she was drowning in her own blood right now. The youngling tried to shake the thoughts away, squinting her eyes and clenching her jaws. Just as she was attempting to rid the thoughts of Crimson from her mind, her father brought the thoughts right back to center stage. She was caught off-guard by the question, and was silent for many moments. Her eyes, one blood-red like Crimson's, and one a haunting yellow like Ludo's, stared at her father, her expression one of confusion and distress. She was speechless, not knowing how to break the news. Then she glanced around at the rest of the wolves here. It wasn't just Ludo who was out of the loop. Nobody knew yet. She and her sister Winter knew - they'd been there. They'd assisted Crimson in seeking vengeance against the wolves that had caused Blood Star's death, but the situation had become overwhelming as more wolves took a stand against them. Crimson had ordered her daughters away, but refused to follow after them - though she was seeking vengeance, she also seeked an end to life. Sighing and lowering her head, she just stared at her paws as she began to speak. She couldn't bare to look into her family's eyes when they found out the news. Vengeance had mixed feelings about it, but she knew these wolves would be filled with sorrow. "Crimson, she... you won't see her..." she murmured, throat tightening, "She took on the entire pack of Hamara Sydan... me and Winter couldn't do anything. She wouldn't come back with us.. she's probably dead by now." Her ears were folded against the back of her neck, her tail flicking to and fro nervously. She hoped she wasn't going to get blamed for this, or called a coward. Winter had made her run away when Crimson had ordered them back home. Breathing heavily, Avenged dared a glanced upward, waiting to see what everyone would do or say. | |

| Amber lanterns lifted over the little family reunion, and noted the lack of one other. Curious. Though she had not seen many wolves in a while, Crimson was one woman she had not seen in a long time. It had seemed that their little rivalry had subsided, though she wouldn't have been surprised if it came back up again, especially if the ashen woman was with her son. It had been amusing to have small verbal fights, mostly, with the woman. Kept Deadly entertained, though they had only fought once, the ashen woman would willingly spar with that crazy fem. She recalled their fight, or rather lack there of one, and upon her return she wasn't surprised to see Crimson had landed herself as beta. The thought that she herself could've been there never came to mind to Deadly, at the time she hadn't cared for packs anyways. Ludo's lyrics snapped her back to the present, and she in turn gave the bruja a light nod. Amber orbs rolled over to the granite male, briefly stopping to glance at Ireland. Deadly shifted her attention to Elipsis, catching his gaze and giving the bruja an almost stern look. A talk was clearly necessary, and she had full intention to say a few words of her own. The thought amused her, though she did not show it. Deadly did not have any genuine harsh words to tell the bruja, the actress in her, however, was tempted to snap at him dramatically. No, she knew it would not happen, the humour was hers to hold. Twin peaks perked at the lyrics falling from the fem, of Crimson potential death. Confusion and curiosity coursed through the ashen woman, confusion as to why that blasted witch would willingly take on a whole pack, and curiosity as to her current life or death. Deadly had no real vexes against the woman, in fact she rather admired the crazy she wolf, still she remained jaded in her emotions. Amber lanterns lifted over to Ludo first, and then to Elipsis, concerned for them, and curious about their reactions.

| "My lamb and martyr, speech" Matthew forced rivulets into the ground with the dirty talons issuing forth from his monstrous pads. Maggot, she called him? He chuckled, shook his head, looked down at the scratches created while his patience wore down. "Whatever you would have me called, my beautiful." He kept his head lowered for those few seconds, awaiting a blow, but she had already turned him away. Pity. He would have relished a love bite or two. Other, more important things were of her concern at the moment, and he followed at a too close distance. She received news from a midnight, and seemed to be having trouble with one of the others. Somewhere, her attitude took a turn for the worst. She began to spit rhetorical questions at Winter.
He smiled eagerly, tongue flicking wildly over his maw. His tassel twitched in odd, indeterminable patterns as he watched with a subtly crazed look in his eye. She was getting angry. As her fury began to rise, so did his interest. His hormones positively raged too see her growing into such a fit and when she struck... oh. Matt's legs buckled briefly beneath him as he let out a short, bark-like laugh of sheer pleasure and insanity. This was the next best thing to taking the beating himself. Ah yes, it was so stimulating. That was, until Pitchra decided it would be okay to fight back. Now, he knew it was much wiser to stay out of this one, but he just - couldn't - help it. How dare that insolent little bastard strike at his queen, his love, his prized possession? Without warning or regard he lunged with stained, deadly teeth at the offending brute, aiming for his front legs in a concentrated rage. Akira could punish him for getting in the way. All the better. For him, it was a win-win situation. Slake a long dormant bloodlust and gain a little painful pleasure from his favorite woman? What could be better?! "My lamb and martyr, speech" | |

| (I'm like all sad. I just happened to be listening to My Immortal when I had read that post Shadowed, even the last of the fight posts between Crimson and Seph.. So emotional lol. Poor Ludo haha.)
Ludo watched his daughter, seeming to have trouble telling him about her mother. His ears fell back as Vengeance finally told him the news about Crimson. He lowered his head, and sighed, feeling like a piece of his soul was ripped from his body. The fem he spent the last 5 years with as his mate, was perished now, though crazy she was in the end, he still loved her, he wouldn't of asked for anyone else, to make his life worth living with. A rush of guilt ran over him, for not being there with her. He should of been there with her in Hamra Sydan to fight by her side. It was her one goal she sought out to do before she died, to seek revenge against the Pack of Hamara Sydan for killing their son, Blood Star. The tables may of been turned with fate, and she would of been alive, and they would of been victorious. He lifted his head back up, and looked at Avenged. He couldn't be mad at her, Crimson was smart at least for sending the girls home, so they wouldn't see her die. He wouldn't want that either. He put a paw around Vengeance seeing her look up, and nuzzled her softly for a brief moment. "Thank you." He whispered to her. He was sure that wasn't the kind of reaction Vengeance thought she was going to receive, but this news was not something to be punished for. His haunting yellow eyes were glassy looking with tears that couldn't escape, and he wouldn't let them. He wanted to stay strong for the benefit of his daughters, and Elipsis, though it just shredded at his soul. It was better for him to find out this way, than to get back to the main pack lands, and find out other wise. He looked to everyone, his eyes last landing on Vengeance. She was the last wolf that looked so much like Crimson. "It's what she wanted.. To die in battle, seeking revenge for Blood Star. Not to grow old, and die without purpose." he said. He stepped forward, before he was flooded with more emotion, heading back to the main pack area.
Elipsis was silent, lowering his head, as the words about his mother were like some one beating him senseless. Some one killed his hellion mother? He never thought that day would happen but, shocking enough, it did. He didn't know what to say, what could he say. His father's words were right. It certainly was what she wanted, she did want to die in battle, than to die old and feeble without a purpose. And he felt as bad as his father did, for not being there with her. He should of been there, in his mother's battle for vengeance for his brother Blood. He growled softly at himself for it. He lifted his head up, seeing Ludo moving. He looked to his little sisters, and then his eyes locked with Deadly. His ears fell back, and he moved forward following his father, head low and tail dropped down, the weight of the world seemed to burden him now, along with the weight of Ireland upon his back.
Cheveyo looked at her sister surprised of this news, and almost in disbelief. The fem that she feared for all her early puppy hood was dead now. "H.. How? Why didn't Winter stay, and help her!?" she screeched with tears and emotion choking at her voice. She didn't blame anyone there for Crimson's death, she just didn't understand it yet. She sniffled, and rubbed her muzzle with her paw. Weird yes, to see emotion coming from the pup, who was beaten and abused by the fem that was now dead, but it was that connection of her being her mother, and the handful of good moments with Crimson that brought it out of her. She took off after her father, and walked beside him back home, resting her head on his shoulder. Her eyes closed following by her father's steps. She imagined the last time she saw her mother. Not since all the Midnight wolves returned to the pack, It had been way too long, and now she wouldn't have that opportunity again. | |

| Her attack had taken him by surprise which she had intended, her own vision going red, what would Curse do? Would she protect her own? But ho! What was this? Pitchra actually decided to fight back! His teeth made its mark in her shoulder and she laughed like a mad women, she would show all those who thought she had grown weak. Teeth flashed out aiming at the brutes head, another black form lunged forward and she knew depending on what happened now it might send her pack into a frenzy though she had not quite expected the brute Matt to enter this battle, she was unsure of how to assess it at the moment too preoccupied in trying to inflict pain, yet there was still no move or comment from Curse. Perhaps she would learn her lesson in humility in silence and Pitchra would pay the price for her arrogance. | |

| Curse let a horrid growl escape her. She looked at Omisis signaling the brute to join which would more then likely send the others but right now he was there for his queens protection. Curse snapped at Akira aiming just to get the fea away from Pitchra. She was all for pack life but this was not right in her eyes. To be used as a point for a good soldier to pay the price for a crazed wolf. She snarled some more placing herself between her mate and Akira. Her head lowered and fangs showing. "Such a pitty we could have made it far you and I. Let us see what numbers dwell when this is over" Curse was raised never to back down from a fight and Akira was pushing her luck. For years her kind stayed serving her and only her. She watched her father let the witch use there kind but now. Oh now they where not so weak in numbers. There was 13 of them and some soon will breed. Curse let another warning growl escape her " All to make a point of your hierarchy when everyone knows who rules Muerta. To think I was going to sit and let you rule over me." Curse kept her posture hiding her neck and giving her love time to posture up and defend himself " You take on a full grown male Midnight by surprise, Interesting. Perhaps old age is what is wrong with you." Curse looked at Vlad who was sitting behind Akira waiting for the order. "Vlad get Jr,Armedia, Aditi, and Icarus. It is time we return to our clan life. I'm sure there are others who would wish our alliance. I don't take well to power crazed wolves that try to dominate my clan as my father did. Either we work together or nothing." Curse watched Vlad move away. She would leave here with the honor she arrived with. Akira would not harm her kin and get away with it. If she was to think this was the last she would see of the midnights she was wrong. Curse waited for her mate to give her the sign that he was okay.
At this time Omisis had taken the bite for Pitchra teeth showing as the attack the male made had little effect on him. The golden knight let a laugh out. "So I have never seen you before" He said in almost a mimicking tone. Just as his words slipped his maw Omisis snapped at the male moving around him in the legendary motion all midnights do. The circles tightened around the male Omisis snapping again letting his large jaws slam close with a echo for all to hear. He was much bigger then the male but he knew from experience size doesn't truly matter if you know what your doing. The dire decent just waited for the brute to attack. "How fun is this" He said in a cold tone.

| Pichtra growled as the sight of a brute came from his side only to have the golden hued brute step in and Curse step in. His eyes didn't blaze the midnight red like they should instead with blood dripping down his side he growled and barked loud enough for all to freeze. "ENOUGH CURSE" He growled and stepped around so he was now between Akira and Curse. "You say so much yet your father was lame enough to lay like a timid dog and not set off the queen when we need her lands for our own benifits. Akira, you suprise me with your attack, I grant you I wasn't expecting that but for hells sake I didn't do anything to you or this pack, and you" his eyes rounded on Matthew "Way to smack your queen only to aid her..." he didn't say more and turned back to Curse. "I am your mate, yes, and have been for a long time, but this is rediculous... you're the Queen of Midnight wolves...a breed... not these lands... and I wont stand for it. I cannot anymore. We stuck under your father for so long you think things would change" Pichtra turned his attention away and stepped from the group... Elvyra was on the outside of the boarder when the growls and grunts of a fight broke her attention. Killian was right beside her helping her along and she hadn't looked back for the others yet. "Go, you need to hurry" He nodded and ran off coming up behind his mother and stopped catching the last words of a brute who left... he would need to wait, cause his mother's wrath would be harder then whatever was going on here... | |

| "My lamb and martyr, speech" So close to blood! Just as his stained fangs were ready for Pitchra's pillars, another idiot shoved himself in the way. Matt landed a small hit, then righted himself. Who the HELL did he think he was?! He backed up, crouched, springs taut and waiting. He bared his smile, insane and raging. He dare interfere with his actions on the queen's assailant? Oh this boy was about to learn a hard, hard lesson. As the bru circled, he followed, eyes ablaze. He defended himself, but mentally he went unphased. Did this one honestly take him for a fool? As though he'd never fought before. Tongue flicked wildly over his teeth, begging to taste more than the drop of blood he had drawn from the newcomer. "And I suppose," the growl came low and menacing, "You think this is of some concern to you, Omisis?" He smirked. The hellion had been around and knew every name, almost every scent. "Never seen me around before, hmm? Well, those pretty little eyes of yours won't be seeing anything much longer if you don't stand down, brat." His mental focus snapped to Pitchra, who spoke to him, though his gaze did not falter from the opponent before him. "Shut up! You think I care for your useless words, worm? I'm busy." A glint of satisfaction came to his smile, but that was all. Back to his main problem.
The midnight lunged near his face and though he didn't intend to hit, the ebony bru dodged nonetheless. He may have been circling, but his large body couldn't encompass the full length of Matt's body. As soon as an opening came about, the lithe brute snaked his way through and immediately whipped around to face his challenger. He kept his attention trained on the large, bristling form. He may have been big, but Matt wasn't exactly tiny. He had taken on plenty this size in his day. "Fight me face to face like a real wolf, coward. Don't try to smother me and play me like some fool." His hackles stood on end, and the relentless bloodlust began to build. veins showed themselves in his green irises, and the once small lines in the dirt became canyons. "You really want to take me? You really want to find out what I can do? I massacred the last one who challenged me." He sucked up the saliva that began to form on his lips. "And I haven't tasted blood in a long time, let alone midnight blood like yours. I'm due." He began to stalk forward, low, covered, as he had done to Lennox before this. "I want it," He muttered crazily to himself. "I want your life. Right now." A gritty laugh dripped out of his throat and off his snarled lips. "You - you ever fought a psychopath? A - a REAL crazy?" The springs tensed to their fullest capacity and he went dead still.
"Have you ever faced Insanity?!" He launched, hot, carefully calculated as an army general, raging upward with full arsenal bared for Omisis's throat. Long daggers flared for his eyes, he was hard, practiced, built, born for this fight. And if they both got lucky enough, this kill. "My lamb and martyr, speech" | |

| He listened to every word that was said. He smirked as the male came to him. He watched every second of the brutes attack jumping clear over him. "You talk to much... way to much" Omisis watched the bru again seeing he was only as pathetic as the fea that ruled the land. "Whats the order my lady" Omisis asked Curse waiting for his command.
Akira never left Curse's gaze "Only guard Omisis" Her lyrics cold and harsh. The mahogany fea watched with intent to kill to protect. She pinned her ears back as the words of Pitchra hit her auds. Then the voice of her father echoed in her mind Love Kills, Love is a weakness, Show no love for love will bind you to your enemies. Curse picked her form up moving from a threatening posture to a relaxed one. She watched Akira still "Such a shame to me you are Pitchra. She uses you as a example. To make a mockery out of me out of my breed and you wish to lay on your belly to her. So be it. Do as you wish. I don't need these lands, Tho my place is here with Akira I choose to serve only myself. To keep what is mine living strong." Her white blue crystals never leaving Akira. "My alliance for now is still to you but Muerta has one ruler as do the Midnights. I can't reside with my kin here for this will not be the last quarrel between us. Time to set a little clan area in the lone lands. I'll be there if needed" She would wait for Akira before she left to hear her words. The new age of the Midnight has started and she needed room to think...

| Pichtra heard Curse's words and felt his skin grow hot. How dare she... take his words and twist them so... He let out a nasty growl and stepped farther away, his pace quickened and he let his feet lead him from the lands of Muerta. His body ached with Akira's mark, a mark of a betrayer to his mate, kin, and now the lands in which they were once welcome to, but this wasn't his fault. 'power drives a wolf mad sometimes...remember that' Dracul had spoken to him many of times on their scouts on their hunts when things were much more...simple, when they had a single purpose... Be the best and the best will conqure... Pichtra felt like he was now the most annoying. His frame twisted and his body moved swiftly, even with the pain of an attack, the brute moved out of the lands. He himself needed to clear his head...for anger towards a mate was never like him, but anger towards his queen too... he didn't know which was worse or who to choose...cause for now he was a 'shame' to her and a dissapointment of a mate... right? | |

| Chaos, foolishness, and fun were the first thoughts to his mind. He wanted to join in, because of the last word, but because two other thoughts came in first, he decided to abide by caution. It'd do no good to join in like others had, even if it sounded like the other names being called for weren't coming into the lands as back up. He liked fun, but he couldn't have any if he wounded up dead. Instead, he looked at the other Midnights, watching their movements, although it seemed like they were done. Perhaps she wasn't that stupid... although an all-out fight would have been entertaining. At least he got a good idea of some of the others, both Midnight and Akira's own pack. Stark was standing through all this, but made no movement. If he was going to move, it'd be all or nothing. Anything in between would make him look weak. Moving too late would too, so currently, it seemed best not to move at all at this point. All that moved were his eyes and ears to keep track of everything, storing key bits of information for future use. He may not be viewed as strong, but he'd be damned if he let himself miss anything and lose his edge in such a place.

| Akira saw red and she felt the corners of her mouth tug up and a giddiness slammed through her body. Of course she was fucking crazy, how would she have held these lands otherwise? Curse dodged in snapping at her and shifted out of the way snapping at the wind. A maniacal laughter burst from her throat, Pitchra She sputtered stupidity from her mouth and her anger did not grow any farther but her insanity did. She lunged and feigned a snap laughing all the while. "Of course they know who rules Muerta you dumb bitch! All of them except you!" Again she laughed, her breathing heavy with anticipation of blood. She was losing her grip, this feeble she wolf in front of her attempted to insult her, bah! "A pity Dracul passed away, he knew his place well, earned it through blood and loyalty! Such a pity...." She actually looked away for a moment, her insanity quieting for a moment. Dracul was perhaps one of the few wolves in her lifetime that she had called friend. Quietly almost to herself she spoke aloud.."Worthless next to him..." Head snapping up she caught Curse with her amber occulars once more and laughed. Oh the laughter, it never stopped rebounding on the walls of her skull.
"Old age is something that will beset you one day my dear little one, so I would not rebuke its embrace so!" Another cackle and she was surprised when Pitchra escaped Matt's grasp to stand between her and his mate, though his angry words were directed at Curse. Muffled laughter..oh sweet sweet muffled laughter..Ah at least he saw her foolish actions as they were. Her eyes glinted and she continued her gaze on Curse. Yes, Dracul had known the rules. Oh she had attacked Pitchra to teach Curse a lesson. This was a dark pack, there were no rules on what she could and could not do. Her teeth clacked together once more.
Then most unsuspecting Curse turned her back on her own mate! Ha ha! Oh how delicious! How foolish this witch was! "Flee then Curse, you and your kind will always be indebted to me and these lands. I who raised you all up on this very dirt!" More laughter "Tell the rest of your kind, the ones with their intelligence intact that they are still welcome home!" Then Pitchra stalked off with his mate angrily. "That goes for you as well Pitchra, you have proven your loyalty thrice over." Eyes slid to where Omisis stood facing off with Matt. She was also aware of a smallish presence behind her and she turned and looked down at her son.
"How nice of you to join us..." she said deathly quiet. Her smile and laughter has since faded away and she lay her deadly gaze on he son.

She snorted at Akira's remark about her father. " I am not my father never will be. and all will know who the true Midnights are before my time is done here on this place" Curse looked to Akira then to her clan she watched the fea a little longer then bolted to the trees out of the land. | |

| The news hit hard, that much was clear in the boys reaction, and Deadly lowered her head briefly. It likely wasn’t as painful for her as it was for them, but it was still bothersome. The two had never really found common ground, aside from their love for fighting it seemed. And however much it appeared that they held a rivalry, Deadly had always admired the crazy woman. Though she sought a mate in their son, she had been aware of what it would mean, she wasn’t attempting to force her way into the family, but the curiosity of Crimson’s reaction to her and Elipsis’ relationship had always been prevalent. The ashen woman listened to Ludo’s lyrics, and agreed with them silently. Her lanterns locked with Elipsis’ and her crania lowered, she watched both hessians leave, and followed silently behind Elipsis. The ashen fae moved up to the granite male’s side, looking ahead at his father, before glancing at him. Amber lanterns moved briefly over the alabaster wolf on Elipsis’ back, before giving the granite demon a brief lick in attempt to comfort him, her gaze then returning to the Ludo’s leading form.

| One step, two step, three step, four... One spot, two spot, three spot, more of my blood on your floor. Knock once not twice, three nor four. One knock is one warning on your front door. Catch my drift save your hide, heed my warning you will not fall. Forget my name forget your soul, ignore my call you will fall. It's the price we pay for knowing thee, it's the price we pay for being me. Can you ever forgive me momma for the sins I've done... can you ever forgive me wife for the live I've shunned... can you ever forgive me daughter... for I still fight for you. Forgive me justice... but we're through. Elvyra paused when she came up behind Killian. "Where are your sisters lad" she said quickly but before he could answer Akira was turned towards him. Elvyra pulled her ears upwards as the 'queens' voice touched her son and he took a deep breath before her. "Don't..." she tried to whisper but Killian was a young...stupid adult and he smiled at his mother. "Oh, yeah, well, I figured with as much excitment going on in my father's pack I might as well join, seems I've missed the festivities here" He raised a brow towards his mother and waited for her responce for a second but then began to talk again. "Those wolves are bad you know, and some poor fellow is now in pain because of them, and you. You let them take that pup... Obviously you don't care or else it would have hit you harder when we were gone... only we're all smart enough to come home... even Mercy with her soft mannor that doesn't suit your... 'love' mom" Killian was tired, he was angry too. He had wanted to say something to that female, in behalf of that male but he wasn't able to before his mother had drove them out or before they had choosen to leave... "You need to get into action. We don't get anything with laying so low son. Trust me. Now go, join in an alliance... either aid yourself or find a downfall, there's a reason you can hear me... and how I wish I was there to see you grow... see you all grow. You're so like me, quiet and observant will get you more aware but nothing will happen without your words or body. I love you Odin..." and with that the faint only one wolf hearing voice was vanished... for now... | |

| Winter watched the scene with fury burning like blue fire in her icy pools. Her lips curled back as Curse spat most foolish words to their Queen. A growl rumbled in her chest, and she shook her head. She knew it. This wolfess was a fool, and always had been, and her mother had always said it. It was more than obvious now. Her hackles rose and teeth flashed, muscles tensing as she readied herself to go into battle. But it didn't happen. Before anything more could be done, both Curse and Pitchra had left the lands. Would the rest be foolish enough to follow? Winter wouldn't doubt it; they all seemed quite mindless in her opinion.
She perked as a young wolf made the approach, straight to Akira, and the Queen acknowledged him with a deadly quietness about her. Then, what seemed out of nowhere, the young male spoke, his words quite forward and unreserved. She would never have thought of talking to Akira in such a manner. She quickly realized that he was her son, and he probably didn't view his mother in the same way that everybody else did. Bristling, she looked to Akira, ready to gauge her reaction and see how things would progress, now with the Midnight trouble gone from the lands.
-----------------------
Vengeance looked up, ears perking forward and her tail flicking as her father moved closer to her and slung a paw over her. He thanked her. The young wolfess sighed. She didn't understand his thanks, but at least she was not in trouble. She wished she hadn't had to bring such unpleasant news. She couldn't help but nod as Ludo explained that this was the way her mother would have wanted to die, with honour in battle, courageous to the last drop of blood. Vengeance had to agree though. She herself would be ashamed to die in any other way - old age and sickness woudln't claim her. She would die with her throat in the jaws of a powerful warrior, not without a purpose.
Forcing herself to stand back up tall, a cold look settling back over her face. She knew her family was hurting, but she couldn't let her feelings surface. She didn't know it was alright to show emotions at a time like this. She didn't think it was ever alright. Falling into place amongst her family, she glanced only a couple of times over at Deadly, but glanced several times at her sister. She could see the emotion on her face, and the confusion, the struggle between letting her expression show openly, and hiding it as their mother had told them to do. All Vengeance could do was snort, shaking her head, not knowing what to do or think, merely following Ludo back to the mainlands to see what was going on.

| Ludo glanced back seeing Cheveyo lean her head against his shoulder as they walked back to the main pack area. He licked the top of her head once, then sighed. He knew this day was going to come soon, though he had hoped it would come later. He felt that, if he were there, he would of been able to change things, and prolong this event from happening yet. But it had been done, and there was nothing he could do about it. The spirit of the crazy fae he had for a mate was set free from this earth, and gone to else where beyond. He would have to move on, and bare with not having her there anymore in his life. He had to focus on his two girls now, they were his priority, though he didn't know how either one of the girls were going to be about it. They were still young, and needed guidance in their life. He felt things shouldn't go on much differently now than what they were with Crimson here. Though yes, easier said than done in some cases. Even the dark wolf would struggle with the loss, no matter how strong he made himself out to be on the outside, inside he felt like screaming.. They made it back to the main pack area, seeing all the wolves, all of the young pups that were born shortly after his were, had grown immensely themselves. the new generation to more than likely take over this pack when Akira steps down or either died. Speaking of Akira, he was surely enough to get one big ripping up one side and down the other, for his absence, he was quite sure of that, and who knows what else. But, at this time with Crimson's death, almost didn't care. He made his way toward the Queen, staying back, as she and her son Killian spoke.
Cheveyo sighed, as she walked beside her father, her watered up eyes looking toward the ground the whole time on the walk back. She didn't know what to do, with her saddened feeling. It was something her mother had told them to never show, yet, her father showed it some. She felt confused about it, making her sniffle some more. She glanced over at her sister hearing the snort, not sure what she did it for. It must not of been too bad to show the emotion she did, Ludo didn't reprimand her for it. She veered off away from her father when they got to the main pack area, and she trudged her way over to a nearby stream, wanting some alone time for a moment. She plopped herself down in a laying position, head hanging over the edge staring at her reflection, and the autumn leaves floating in the stream..
Elipsis rolled his shoulders, The old man unconscious upon his back was starting to be a burden, he was glad they were almost back so he could dump him off and stretch his back. His mind felt lost as he walked on, Vengeance's words echoing in his mind, as followed his father. His heart felt torn seeing his Cheveyo upset, altough though he felt the same way she did inside, if not more, for he had experienced more of Crimson's 'loving' side, and better experiences with her, before she totally lost it when Blood Star died. He did miss his brother, but, it was just one of those things he had to move on from. Never forget the fallen, but don't let the loss burden your emotions. It was a saying he played over in his mind constantly. it helped him to not feel so emotionally burdened, and to remind him that it was alright to let go of actual death, keep the memories. He couldn't help but think back, on a hunt when it was the four of them when he was younger, hunting moose. He smirked, that was one of those good times he cherished. Torn away from his thoughts, as he felt a tongue lick him, he turned his head to see Deadly, a pleasant surprise. His bold hued eyes softened, and a half smile came to his muzzle. He licked her back, and nuzzled her neck softly. He glanced forward as he was they had made it back to the main pack area, he found a large enough rock, and slid the alabaster wolf off of his back on the rock. Ears perked as he heard a groan from the old wolf, he finally was starting to come to. He stepped away and stretched his back, and shook his body, and stepped away, looking to Deadly. | |

| Vengeance watched as their family came into the main clearing, and her sister veered off into the woods to be on her own. She hesitated, wanting to give her sister the space she wanted, but at the same time she wanted to be with her sister. How she'd acted earlier had been out of anger, out of hurt for being left behind. She wanted nothing more than to be with Cheveyo right now. She knew their father Ludo was a good wolf, and was trustworthy, but being with Cheveyo made her feel safe and like she could be herself. They had both gone through the same things with Crimson, and it affected them the same. But they were sisters, and had made it through.
She padded over to the stream where Cheveyo had flopped down and was looking over the edge, her expression looking blank. Avenged lay down next to her sister, and let out a huff of relief. She felt sane. Two-toned orbs looked to her sister. "I'm sorry about earlier," she murmured, "And.. I wish I didn't have to be the bearer of such news..." She wished someone else could have done it, but Winter sent her. Sighing, she put her head on her paws, her mind blank and her heart numb.

| Deadly Dance followed the family, a brief smile coming to her when Elipsis return the lick. Her amber gaze watched the other three split, the two younger women slipping away, and then Ludo on his own. Ashen mitts carried her along side Elipsis, stopping and glancing at the old bruja that the granite male had set down finally. A strange scent came from the alabaster wolf, and she knew it came from the loose collar around his neck. Amber lanterns looked the thing over, before turning her attention to the granite male to her side. "I'm sorry about Crimson..." Her voice was gentle, and she nuzzled him. There wasn't much to say, considering it was well known that how the woman died was how she would've wanted it to.

A dark, ragged form lumbered across the barren territory of the lone lands. A limp could be seen quiet obviously, but the brute blundered on like he hardly noticed it. The brute's pelt was thick, dirty and unkempt, full of matted hair and with a dull exterior. Even in the bright sunlight, his pelt was void of any luster. White paws kicked up the sand as he moved, having no clue where he was headed. He only knew he had to find a new place to live, where he would not live in shame of disability. His previous alphaess in Twisted Desires had retired him from the life of a fighter and held him as an elder in the pack. It had been much to shameful to bear.
As he marched along, he could see the dark, ominous looking mountains in the distance. It reminded him of where he'd come from. These mountains were different entirely, but it still radiated with the dark aura of hatred that he was familiar with. The pack... it brought back memories. Anything significant had happened to him during his lifetime there. He had started a war, created offspring, raised a daughter... gotten disabled. The war he had caused in turn caused his lamed leg. That bitch, Hellstar... she had been different for a warrior of the pures wolves. She had been ferocious and merciless. She had torn the muscle and tendon in his hind leg, and it had left him permanently damaged, thus his status as retired in the old pack. But, the war had also yielded him a daughter. Bright, the pure pack's leader, had no choice but to negotiate with her enemy's when her pack was losing the war, and her own throat was at the jaws of the dark and twisted Queen of Desires. In order for her pack to go home safely, she needed to sacrifice one of her newborns. And Frostblood had raised that girl - after all, he'd created her, without Bright's permission of course.
That was before he'd left. He had done all he could to raise Silverfrost, and he had taught her every lesson he knew of. At last she had become self-sufficient, and he thus took his leave when she no longer needed him. He had been too ashamed of living with such a powerful pack as a mere elder by the age of 5 1/2. What a pity. Now here he was, many moons later, seeking acceptance amongst another mountain pack, probably just as harsh as the terrain they lived upon. As he struggled up the steep mountains and dragged himself up sharp rock walls, he wondered if he would survive in this place. Yet, he didn't want to show weakness to the wolves that resided here. What would they think of him if he appeared before them, tired and exhausted, defeated by the mountain itself? They would destroy him on spot for being so pathetic.
He couldn't allow that to happen. He huffed as he hauled himself over a particularly steep cliff wall. At last he had reached flatter, higher ground. He followed the scent at a steady pace, making his way to where he knew there would be a gathering of wolves. And finally, there they were. He looked on as a particularly large, battle-torn femme took out her frustrations on an unsuspecting male, only to be retaliated against by he and his mate. But the lady could take care of herself, and the dark brute could see that she had back-up nearby. Frostblood licked his lips. He liked that he had walked in on this, though he remained silently in the background of things. He wasn't sure what was going on, but it was certainly serious. Some wolves went storming off, others hanging around awkwardly, or indecisively. They didn't know what to do, or what was next.
His good eye glanced around as a different grouping of wolves came into the clearing, one carrying an unconscious being upon his back. They smelled of the pack, so they must have just been arriving at this meeting. Now he looked back to the large ivory witch, covered by the memories of past battles. For a moment she reminded him of Brutal, the gruff femme who had weaned his daughter. They had each shared a blind eye, but after Brutal discovered his deeds, she merely helped the child and departed, no interest in being anywhere near him. But this femme seemed just as vicious, and she clearly knew where she stood amongst these wolves. She was their undisputed leader, and she would put anyone in there place who stepped out of line. No exceptions. He loved a powerful woman. It always drew in his interest.
Glancing around, he noticed as a femme and young male entered the scene and spoke to Akira, the male speaking words that were quite bold to his queen. And to his mother. The filthy brute smirked, tilting his head toward Akira. She seemed already riled, how would she respond to the adolescent? This would be interesting. And he wondered how she would respond to his appearance, after the sudden turnaround of those Midnight wolves. He didn't know where he stood on those terms, but he knew he'd rather stick around with this normal looking bunch of wolves than those raging, savage-types. | |

| Cheveyo sighed and blinked hard, forcing back tears that wanted to come out and stain her coat even more as she stared at the stream. She used her paw to wipe her orbs this time to clear them. "I know, I know.." she started out, as she sat up now. She couldn't get comfortable, not with all this emotion and stress running though her thoughts. It was gonna take time for her. She looked to her sister. "Well I am glad it was you that told us, and not some other wolf from the pack she was killed in, boldly, and proudly boasting their victory over mom." she said to her sister, though more than likely it would probably happen. She groaned, laying back down again. Her mind was restless, she needed to do something to get her mind off of everything that was bringing her down. Maybe, she could get her sister to spar with her, that would keep both of their minds occupied. She glanced over to her sister again, and placed a paw on the back of her neck. "How about a spar, or something to keep our minds off of mother's death?" she suggested to her.
Ludo's attention went off Akira at the moment, as his attention went to a wolf cross that entered the main pack lands. Since Akira was busy with her son Killian for the time being, he could at least do his job of beta. He stood up, and his massive form tread to the wolfdog. Ludo was clearly not all himself, since the news of Crimson, but he did his best not let that show. His haunting yellow orbs stared at the mostly looking dog's blue orbs. Curling back his lips with a growl. The wolf dog was nearly as tall as he was, but not near the muscular size he was. He had a great deal of muscle, and he was pound for pound just as strong as the Midnight wolves, if not in some cases much stronger. He saw the way this Wolfdog walked, he was injured, and he was going to have to prove himself in this pack with that injury, cause he would be a hinder to this pack than be of any use. He raised a brow looking at the wolfdog with slight disgusted look to his features. "You dare bring your nasty self upon these dark lands, wolfdog? I am amazed you have made it this far." he said referring to the injury. He didn't see where Akira would have a use for an injured wolfdog such as this one, but he never knew about the inner workings of Akira's twisted brain. An ear flicked back, with a half frown. "Just sit tight, till the Queen is finished with her Son." he stated, taking a few steps away from the wolfdog.
Elipsis lowered his head slightly, as Deadly apologized for his mother's death. He felt a rush come over him, as she nuzzled him, making him feel somewhat better about everything. He nuzzled her back, and spoke. "There is no need for apologize. Our lives come to an end at some point, and I knew that the day would come when mother would want her's to end. It was no secret after Blood's death. It just caught me off guard it would be when Avenged, and Cheveyo were still young." he said, to her, showing some concern for his little sisters. He liked this kind of interaction with Deadly, it made the bond with her that much better, though he wish it weren't under these circumstances, but he couldn't write his own life story, or all the events that were to happen in it, he had to take it as it came. He sighed, and nuzzled her some more, and licked Deadly's muzzle.
