| Stark just watched the events unfold before his eyes, listening to Akira's children, who he was silently cheering on, on guard in case the wolves decided to be fool enough to turn aggressive. It didn't appear so, but he had quickly noticed when Odin showed interest and spoke in... whatever that way was, something was happening, either now or soon. He didn't care if the young'un had some sort of voodoo, mentally touched, or some other weird thing going on. He wouldn't say the kid was harmless, just... in control and clearly not over the ledge into insanity. Dang right it was weird, especially with that eye, but nothing like that would drive him away or freak him out. He'd still be cautious for any signs of attack from the intruders on the heirs- all of them.
Comrades of the intruders appeared, and Stark managed to refrain from making a smart comment. He was sure the rest of the pack wouldn't appreciate it, and it was... wrong. If they were pack who'd gotten caught sneaking to wash off, he'd joke. This, though... A familiar face appeared, and he didn't stop his lips from curling into a smirk. So he came back after all. Whether he was looking for something, or sniffed out the excitement in these lands, it was of no matter. He turned back to watch. Akira had been called. He almost shivered in anticipation of what would unfold, not fearing what might erupt. Why would he? The best kind of fun was dangerous, and everyone was on edge. The possibility of someone snapping from the tension wasn't far off.

| Odin's attention slid over to the aged witch that slunk in behind the males, her voice grated against his ears. The smell of sex even stronger on her than on the other male. Odin would not deny that something instinctual called to him with all the pheromones about but he had no desire for this fae who mocked him. He did not respond to her goading, instead tilted his head and stared at her deadpan one eye bright the other dull. He did not find her amusing. In his regard she was not the important one here, before he could speak his sisters ire flashed at the hessian once more and her voice suddenly rent the air spiraling into the sky to call mother. Oh sister, she is closer than you think.. Since the howl had rung across her lands Akira's instincts were ringing in unison, straining her mind to seek the source. There was little that went on in her lands that she did not know about, she had roosted in these mountains far too long to be oblivious. There were none other that knew the heights of the peaks so well, none who knew where the deepest cave lay with sparkling mountain water that was fresher than the coolest streams. So it was with great ease that the Queen of bones looked from her perch unobserved and watched the crows scatter and settle time and again where the party of her wolves trekked. She knew where the intruders had called from the moment they had lifted their song. Flat amber eyes surveyed the forest, she knew which direction her children would go when confronting them. Rising to her feet she felt her joints creak in protest but what was life without pain? Every sliver of hurt, ache and throb gave her strength. What other wolf could claim as much, it was that which fed her body and soul. Hers or others it did not matter where it came from. Sorrow, agony and distress were all hers to command. It was what these fools did not see, would any other have lasted so long as she? Certainly not. Her teeth clacked together and a black chuckle rolled slowly from her mouth for only the bugs in the grass to hear. Oh yes, she felt it in her bones, something was coming. Something grand. Running her tongue over her canines she savored the blood as she cut it on a jagged incisor. Casting one more glance into the dense thicket of trees where she knew the host to be she ducked into the shadows and headed down the slope. The witches padfalls were silent as she ghosted through the trees, deftly avoiding the spots that would betray her presence. It was second nature after all these years, she had lived to long and experienced to much to be less than a wraith gliding through this forest. She did not follow the path that would take her to the bulk of her pack, no she preferred a much grander entrance, after all half of all power was in the show. Her journey took her through crimson pass, so aptly named for the amount of blood that had been spilled there over the years. None who were not permitted would walk there and see the light of day again. Old bones scattered the canyon floor, swept into corners by passage and time. There was no soul around with mostly everyone attending the prowlers. Exiting the canyon swiftly she soon plunged into the dappled light of the woods. As she traversed her forest she became increasingly aware of a stench on the breeze. An unfamiliar and potent stench that sent her hackles up and her teeth gnashing. Red flashed across her vision muddling her thoughts only briefly. It is one thing to demand the presence of the Queen and quite another to fuck on her territory. Her ire was raised now and dangerous emotions rolled across her face. She would never play the stoic game as so many wolves did. If she felt enraged that she would let it play across her mug unimpeded. It was such that the Queen found the spot where the wolves had entered and she followed their scent trail until it split, then she followed the sex. A growl threatened to spill out but despite her rash anger she did not lose control of a situation, especially by announcing herself with a growl. Arriving on an empty scene she scanned the area but instinctually knew that they had gone on only minutes before...they being three wolves, who had played in her terra. The scent was everywhere along with the stains of the act. Akira's insides quivered with hot rage, someone was going to die...Snapping her teeth she turned on her heel and plunged into the forest traveling a parallel route. All her senses were attuned to the forest around her, she knew which path they would take and where her pack had stopped them. All this she gleaned from her earlier stoop and experience and knowledge of the land. Close now..She would have to be a child not to miss all the scents on the breeze anyways. As she was a clever and canny old witch she was sure to stay downwind. Ah there were the voices, the crunch of leaves she heard moments before had given away the position of a young male who trailed behind a haggard wench. She hissed in her mind, there was the bitch who thought she could mate on her land marking it in such a fashion. The words she spoke to her son were lost on her but she needed no words to make her next act. Fortunate for the bruja he sought the solace of company and sidled along the other males who were in attendance, meanwhile this bitch flaunted her craggy self in front of the party as if this was a fucking meet and greet. Ice gripped her heart for a moment before adrenaline pushed through her veins and burst her body with a sensation of alive, her limbs quivered as if she were a taught arrow. Her daughters voice rang in the air calling her hence but there was no need. Akira, Queen of the damned was here and she was going to kill someone. White bodice burst through the brush with no exclamation, no hue and cry to betray her presence. Fool bitch, never break from your pack It was the true law of nature and she was the weakness. She was separate from them, weak vulnerable. Like a demon she fell upon the bitch, claws and teeth slamming into her bony flank dragging her into the earth. All of this transpired with nay a sound from Akira and it was all the more terrifying for it. Tongue met flesh and tasted the sweet copper of life, the delicious beckoning of death. In a moment she was righted on her feet facing the fem, her back to her pack and children. Now a great and heedy snarl burst from her jowls rippling through the woods. Amber eyes were flashing with her barely suppressed rage but she was in control, she was always in control. "Come then harlot bitch if you would dare insult me with your body on my terra, come to die!" She cackled then a dry and sobering sound that had nothing to do with the dire situation and everything to do with her dead heart. | |

| A gaze ever present, ever aware, simply docile. Prepared for everything in prior, requiring little attention to physical detail. A mass of pulses, flickering with the colours of their nature. Emeralds shinning out of the jagged grey and obsidian rock, the slight touch of view his only connection. It was precise in its clarity, for all the things in the process of colliquation, sight remained true. What a blessed gift, an often disregarded sense, much like the others, a pair of eyes were. He remained largely elsewhere, with only a light anchor. There was much to discuss, much to do with a limited time. Such little patience, arrogance and ignorance by all. Even he but a child of the stars, complete gnosis was beyond even his age. Yet still, he had seen more, to say without ego, and patience was ever much a virtue.
The joker, jester, the ever smirking demon remained still. A breeze had carried away his playful nature; the demon was tamed, for now. A gift was promised, and would be rewarded if not received. The monstrosity to be wrought, the filth and repression of ideological morality that was required could be handled. The atramentous drake would shade a deep crimson should blood refuse to wash, history condemned to cycles. He was of decayed fabrication of the soul, these wolves wouldn't know of any other wolf to wreak such desolation.
Ah, she wanders, the call of a child a small tug. Leisure in stride, assessing before acting. Simple awareness, if it had been a dire situation then surely the queen would come. The pawns first, then knights and bishops. Ideologies of hierarchy, a logical structure necessary for balance. The crown acting more as a guide and mentor, assuming not under repression. It was all to clear, the flesh would be the cause of disruption. Already it nerves the others, stirring thoughts of disrespect. Yet all were created under similar circumstance, love was a commodity. The commotion was a whispered breeze, apart from him entirely. Action stirred about; Amadi, Svadilfari remained calm. Anastasiya was not crippled despite her appearance, and he himself could afford no effort into a fight. There was no need, no cause, blood was precious. The man would put up no fight, death was only a friend.
At once exhausted, it took effort to return to the old form. What ill trick, the decomposition of the flesh. That was not to say nothing of it, there were joys to be had just as there was misery. The balance of the nature continued, the birth and death of a day. Emerald hues, now duller in shade, flickered over the scene; nares flaring to catch the light scent of familia blood. Fresh, clean, and now full of life. The dark jester may hide it well, however, Svad could see Anastasiya's marks. The woman took more than what a hessian had to offer, just a particle to ease the way. In youth, Seductress would do her no justice.
His hollow bones rang like a great old wooden door, a deep groan echoing through his world. The earth seemed to grasp his rising form, dark brown dirt falling briefly. Though his frame rose, his shoulders remained lowered, allowing his emerald gaze to fall on Odin directly. The Ancient would hear none of the nonesense, Ana or Thanos would offer their gift or fight. It appeared the white Queen had more than housing, a child of the celestial, what offerings lay beyond that eye.
Once more, and familiar all the same, Svadilfari began his approach to the prodigy, his tempo nearly ethereal, the decayed frame light almost. It appeared to be a slow process, though in a flash he appeared, seated once more, by the whelp's side. Crania still perpetually lowered, emerald hues evenly matched by the heterochromia iridium. The Ancient was close, but a paw length away, to the heir of many thrones. He posed no threat, physically, yet none should be idle about such actions. "A living οραβóρος..." It may have been a whisper, not but for Odin's hearing range. "Lysis for one, risen from the ash by another." Though he spoke to Odin, it would appear he was distracted. So quick to return to the crown, it was clearer there. "You shall remain, when all others bleed out." Morbid, however though Odin held youth, the soul was much older. And yet still he had no full context for the words, sacrifice required certain measures. The fresher soul held more power than the elders, what deer tasted best?
Svadilfari averted his hues to a separate prodigy, gazing in silence momentarily before returning to Odin. "My familia must persist with me, our gift will account for such actions, your mother must be made to understand." Typical of an old man, of Svad himself, to speak through others. Though his words would never reach the necessary ears without such actions, Akira would hear of no offer feeling insulted. Verdant gaze briefly lifted to the commotion, the Queen of the alps would have the blood of others, not Anastasiya's. All positions set, every detail covered, compulsive.
A pull, not physical and yet felt. The jester returned the ancients gaze, lyrics were unnecessary. He had become and arm for another, and in every which way a slave. He held his own reigns, indeed, but the drake pledged to the three ancients. No master had come before him, what could any offer to grant submission? None grasped the power these sad old wolves had, it was nothing short of a hilarious joke. A simple breeze could waft that decrepit old man, even the seemingly formidable Thanos appeared harmless against his youth. There was still ego left in remains, yet there he lay, bowing willingly and acting accordingly, within his provocatuer style, to them.
Zaiaku rose slowly, procellous hues watching every movement. It seemed that although there was plan a, he was plan b. His movements were relaxed, exterminating any threat. The monolithic obsidian obelisk turned himself to even his field of view, dividing himself parallel to Svad and the siblings. "My children rot on your land as we speak, blame an eager drake." The joker came out with a smile, his stance was light but he was prepared. A distraction, nothing more, it seemed he had truly given over. What was the value of life? The jester poked fun, the wench just needed to bite.

| Odin repulsed her; he may not have been looking at her directly, but she could see it as he regarded her with a single eye, and it brought her teasing smirk into a nasty grin. "No need to play hard to get, little boy," she said in a light, nonchalant tone, but not without a slight rasp. "Just let me know when you want to plunder my loins as young Ehrgeiz over here has." Yes, she had noticed his return, he still dripping with the stench of fresh sex. Hazy yellow lanterns flickered over to him, knowing he was watching. Ehrgeiz was not a boy anymore, though. She had made sure of that.
Then, without warning, her world went spiraling and Akira's form pinned her to the ground. Teeth slashed her shoulder, jagged and drawing blood, but no sound of pain was released from Ana's throat. In fact, it was very much an echo of pleasure, and with a horrible, gargling laugh at that. "I've been with women before, but none so forceful as you, Queen of the Mountains!" she howled, clearly insane. Akira then released her, backing up to be with the rest of her pack, but not without barking a challenge that appeared to take her entire body's effort. Ana rose, pausing and licking the blood from her shoulder, and tasting it on her lips, as if it were a delicious meal. Her tassel swayed casually behind her, nonplussed at such a display of violence, and ignoring the threat. She was not denying instinct - no, that was impossible - but she was calm in the face of death, and at times, even laughed in its face. It would not be the first time she had escaped its gaze, and she knew that it would not be the last. Yes, she was old. Not as old as Svad (by Fenrir, had he bled the years), but it was becoming to where her golden eyes were milky, her skin clinging to her meager bones, matted fur falling out in places. This had been the way it was for several years now, but she had not yet turned to dust nor ash. She regarded Akira with the look of a slack jaw and cocked head, goading the Queen to bring the death she seemed to promise.
It was not just the Queen Ana could see, either. She had seen the wraiths, though faint, swirling in a silvery-blue hue around Odin. She could neither hear them nor speak with them, but it was the fact that they were there is what counted. She could see them, too, cloaked near the ankles of the Queen and hovering like hungry demons on her back, feeding off of her wild, indulgent bloodlust. She saw as they purged Akira of the life she had, so that their claws would reach into her ribs and squeeze her bitter heart for what sustenance was left. She knew that she was not the only one to see it, either. Of course Svad could see, and Zaiku was able to catch on, prattling on about the value of life, a distraction. When he finished, Ana dared to step forward, just one step, Akira's dry, choking sound confirming what she was seeing.
"Respice post te. Hominem te esse memento," she rasped in that ancient tongue, now slinking out from behind rotting, yellowing teeth. "Memento mori!"
Look behind you. Remember that you are but a man. Remember that you will die!

| Odin's body went rigid as his mother, the Queen herself, burst through the trees and fell upon the haggard fem. And though he knew she was coming, had sensed her looming darkness ever so near he could not feign a calm attitude when she made her move. His mother as a maelstrom of madness, he felt her presence along his skin tingling with awareness. Fools would believe she was merely an old crone grown to such power for her skill in battle but they never knew how much more she truly was. Certainly not ordinary and Odin was getting the feeling with the arrival of these wolves that he was no longer the only one who could see it. His hair bristled certain that his sister would leap into the fray at any moment but hoped she was not fool enough to get in front of their mother. In an instant Akira was on her feet back to them and the fae too was laughing. No surprise there, too many of these dark wolves were so sadistic that pain became pleasure. At what point was that line crossed into those depths of insanity? Did it make a wolf stronger for it? Odin didn't think he wanted to know the answer. Another heartbeat and the snarls and laughter went on but the ancient hessian was once more at his side, not a physical threat in the least this allowed to pass unmolested. His lip raised only slightly in recognition of the fact that he was now party to a group of wolves that his mother had laid a blood bounty on. But in his veins a song hummed, these words that spilled forth spoke to him in a way that no other had. What Svad had called him, was that who he was? What he was, from his first days on earth he had been different from his siblings, from his pack but in his heart he held no fear of himself just cool acceptance. He did not know the limits of his abilities, did not think that anyone would ever recognize him for what he was. A memory flashes before him, a hulking monolith of a wolf with bright amber eyes peering down.. Child, you are a far-seer, able to see without being, able to look without knowing. Inwardly he snuffed, where on Earth had that come from? Surely he would have remembered if someone had said that to him. It felt off as if the memory was not his...What gift did this brute speak of? What more could he tell him? Odin saw the web of lines as clear as day glinting between wolves, wrapping its fate amongst everything that lived. He turned the full power of his gaze upon Svad and what he saw caused him pause for no longer before him was a decrepit ancient wolf, but here stood a beautiful proud warrior, eyes bright, coat gleaming and in a flash the vision was gone. Another sort of vision rushed him them and he saw what must be done... Akira's haunted orbs lingered on the pathetic form of the hacking old witch. It was far past her to claim any youthful beauty but surely her body amounted to no decay such as that. In his aching limbs she still found the strength to force her enemies to the ground, in her mind she still found the soundness to outmaneuver the smartest of foes. Laughter, while not the first response it was certainly not the last response Akira expected. Many times she had smothered a wolfs windpipe while they choked on their own laughter, it would little bother her to do it again. She was aware of small movements of other wolves around her but paid them no heed. There were more than enough of her pack behind her. Ambered eyes tracked the fae as she stepped forward to meet her making. The maw split to spit out an ancient aphorism that actually made her bark a sharp laugh. "Aren't we but a great scholar? Now enough of this, let us finish what Fenrir has started." With that she made a lunge but there was a body before her and she veered sharply off snarling. It was no other than her own son, his body hung with deference to her power, his throat tilted a slight whine from his mother. Outraged by his interruption her body quivered with angry at being denied her pound of flesh. "Mother you can not.." his voice became hushed as he spoke quickly and urgently to her, the words lost as they flowed quickly from his maw. By the end one could see the restraint Akira held on her body, as if she were leaning against the forces that would drag her forward to the kill. Eyes flicked from Odin to the group of wolves, a look of harsh distate upon her muzzle. At long last Odins hushed words ceased but he did not move, head bowed before her anger. Akira surveyed the wolves who stood around, her incisors slipped out of her mouth. There was nothing more she desired than to leap upon these fools but she herself was no fool. She knew her son possessed unique..insight..and she would not be brash just yet. Clacking her teeth irritably she left forth a frustrated snarl before gathering herself to speak. Finally, when she did she looked to Zaiaku, completely ignoring the old fem. "My son heeds me to stop, his reasons make little sense yet they are compelling nontheless. So tell me you mighty band of nomads, what reason would you have me stay my pack and spare your lives?" Her words were cold, she did not want to hear what they had to say, did not care for their pitiful reason. Why did Odin have to interrupt? Coils within coils... | |

| Thanos watched quietly as the wolves made their exchanges, his eyes darting to and fro as they revealed themselves. Amusement glittered in his old eyes, but his expression remained merely watchful. These wolves were volatile, and they would be great fun to play with - and surely they would get the job done. That was why they'd come here, and not gone elsewhere. He watched as Svadilfari approached Odin, eyeing him with such curiosity that Thanos knew he must be seeing something of great interest in the boy. Ana seemed to be interested in him as well, though perhaps for her own reasons. His attention was drawn away from his companion as Akira, the Queen of the Mountains burst forth, her presence demanding in every way. She gave no warning as she made the leap for Anastasiya. He watched without moving, weighing his options, but before he needed to take action, Akira had stepped back, exchanging her violence for harsh threats. He tensed when Ana stood forward like nothing had happened, challenging the Queen in her own territory. He noticed Zaiaku step forward, wondering how much he was willing to risk to keep things running smoothly - the three of them needed to avoid slaughter in order for things to continue as planned. As Akira lunged again, it seemed there would be no need for a fight as Odin darted to meet her, blocking her path. Whatever he spoke, he had swayed Akira for the moment, allowing them time to speak. So the boy sees it... he realized, narrowing his eyes. Perhaps he would be of service to them... he would see through Thanos, but Svadilfari would reassure him. Of course Svad was interested in him, and Ana in her twisted way. And they watched Akira with knowing eyes, something he couldn't see like his brethren did. But he was glad for it, they often seemed to daydream and drift off when there was work to be done. As the Queen offered to hear them, Thanos stepped forth, having seen enough of his companions handling things. He shot a glare at Ana, bidding her to be silent. "I hope you will be able to forgive this quarrel," he spoke, his tone coming out genuinely as he looked to Akira, "We thank you for not acting too abruptly on our disrespect." He hoped that she would hold herself just a while longer - she wouldn't regret it if she could resist the bloodlust this time. The gifts would be worthy for her, but he and his brethren would benefit as well. Fenrir was growing hungry and impatient, for they had enjoyed their eternal life for too long without paying their dues to him. If they did not offer sacrifices soon, Fenrir would enjoy their ever-lasting souls; the Wolf God was being gracious in offering them this chance, and a gift to lure these wolves into assisting them. Making their obligation easier to keep him sated. "Fenrir, our generous Wolf God wishes to grant eternal life to his committed followers," he announced, his expression filled with wonder, "But even he grows lonely - too many souls have entered this mortal realm, and he needs some returned to him. Young sacrifices are needed, as fresh souls will stay with him longer." They'll feed him longer, keep him satisfied... Thanos glanced around once more at the wolves gathered, knowing that there were none in these lands that fit the description for necessary sacrifices. But what of the other lands? This was where he felt sure that these wolves could wreak havoc and terrorize the surrounding lands in order to fulfill Fenrir's demands. Shifting his gaze back to Akira, he waited to see how she would respond. | |

| The smirk never left Ana's leathery, black lips. "For such a cold-hearted bitch, you're pretty funny," she said, limp tassel flicking in amusement. Yes, she all of this as a form of play. Life, as she had come to know it, was a form of play. What did anything really matter when you could live as long as you like, do anything as long as you please? She took the full reigns of such a gift from Fenrir. Even as Akira leapt for again, as if she were the reaper, Ana did not flinch. Akira could latch her jaws around her throat all she liked, or until her bloodlust was satisfied; Ana would bleed, and she would be incapacitated for quite some time, but death? Impossible. Beneath her dark, spider-webbed excuse of a coat, she had many scars from plenty of challengers in her lifetime... and lovers, of course. Young Ehrgeiz had certainly left his mark.
Before Akira could land her blow, however, her son stepped in the way. Ana raised a brow, perplexed... The wraiths swirled around him, as they did his mother, but they did not feed off of him in the same way. No, they swirled around him like mist. They served as a silvery-blue wall between him and the demons of his mother, and then he spoke to her. Ana listened, and couldn't help but wonder... Was it his reason that persuaded her to turn the other cheek, or these ghosts that she couldn't see? Ana chuckled. She knew that Akira couldn't see these wraiths in the same way that her, Odin, Svad, and possibly even Zaiku could. She was convinced that it was her son that was heeding her to stop. Oh, if only she knew. A laugh bubbled in Ana's throat, and she quieted as Thanos stepped forward, shooting her glare to silence her. She rolled her cataracted yellow eyes, but did as he commanded.
As Thanos mentioned their God, the all-mighty Fenrir, a cold shiver ran down her spine... As if Fenrir's cold, razor tongue had slathered her back as a chilling reminder that despite all of her fun and play with life, he was the only thing that was certain in death. He smirk faded at the feeling. She knew that what Thanos said was true - Fenrir was growing hungry for souls, and their time was well past due. The fresh souls of children was the only thing that kept them in his good paw and granted them a longer time. Their own lands, far-off and gypsy, had grown barren over the many years, and made finding pups difficult. It was the reason they had traveled long and far to these lands, supposedly filled with death, as suggested by their name. Muerta Mountains. In her youth, Ana had been impregnated many times, and the children born had met Fenrir not long after they had burst from her womb. Now, though, she was too old to have a litter... As for Svad and Thanos. Well. They were males. They had to hunt for pups on their own, and their noses had led them to wear they stood now.

| The dominoes, the patterns and cyclical nature. He watched it unfold again like the morning flower, each day preparing to bask in the same sunlight. Every manifestation watched the same events, growing old and returning to the One. It would only be difficult had age not already tore at his frame, rotting from within and without. There was entitlement to youth, perhaps justly so, that would forsake being replaced. Such a brief time and to be blown out early would appear unfair, but the nature of the cycles never reached young ears. Except for those who would listen. Emeralds watched closely as the fight ended before it began, due in part to his mitt, more so for Odin stepping in. It was a wonder that the eye of hatred subsided to smoke, even at the hands of kin. Did the mother suspect something amiss from her spawn, was the eye so daunting? Perhaps they were trivial questions without necessary answers, still vibrant green hues would observe from the shade; forever in wonder of the exchanged lyrics.
The joker held a brief smirk, ever eager to play with another. There was far to many variables of entertainment, and the demon would pluck the ripest fruit, even if it required some form of restraint. For the time being he had found a group worthy of his talents, and whatever it meant to give loyalty to another Zai was doing such. The old man had never appeared threatening, having even showed as an apparition before, due in part to the weather. It had not been Svadilfari's words that had proved worth to Zaiaku, it had been what he was shown. Nothing much unsettled the namesake of sin, however he had not known of anything more sickening. It only proved to entice the bruja, which brought him further along the trail. The progression deepened upon meeting the others, a bit of pleasure long over due. And young Ehrgeiz, he knew without asking what the son of a wretched whore wanted. He only needed the context, for the joker had no more use of the woman, except for her newborns. It was all turning out to be one of the better shows.
It came as little surprise, that the little whelp stayed his mother. The black hessian had watched the exchange between the decrepit ancient and the broken young male. Although he would've taken great pleasure in soaking in the crimson liquid, it was not this sister he had qualms with. In the moment she reclined her attack, the joker too took a easier position. Though, it seemed, it would not be his lyrics to fall. In the context, he wouldn't have been a good representative. Ocean hues watched in silence as Thanos took to speaking, sharing with all present the misfortune the land of Fire and Ice would experience.
"Fenrisúlfr offers revirescence." The raspy quiet voice came from near, Svad had joined them in the light. He had taken a close stand position to Thanos, emerald hues thanking his brother in silence. Averting his gaze to Akira and Odin, Svad flicked between the two."Would you speak in privacy, now, or do you share with all?" Thanos had said as much as needed to be shared with all present, the details required less sensitive ears. There were preparations necessary, oaths and the like, and the gift was not handed out as though a meal for all. And not all were resilient to the forceful death of young ones, most considered it the gravest of sins, even those amongst the most rotten of souls. It had become a way of life for the ancients, rather a way to sustain such a life. He had words to share with the young one too, but that would require solitude. "An audience of only my brethren and I, and yourself?" Svadilfari inquired with a low bow, respecting her position in hopes to have his request fulfilled. "And Odin is to come." It was perhaps a deal breaker, if not a curious demand, but the ancient spoke with conviction that contested a denial. He would have the young hessian close, and the mother would learn why in time.

The stony hessian watched the events unfold in complete silence. Finally, it seemed, things were beginning to stir in this neck of the woods. These wolves brought a darkness with them that even Akira had never seen before. It brought a smirk to his lips. Something different always turned the tables, outed the traitors, and created the liars. Least to say, he was excited for something chaotic to happen, watching as Akira launched herself at the old female, only to be stopped by her own son. Julien chuffed at the action. Irony was always his favorite humor. Oh, and how quaint, now they wanted to speak in private. He glanced at Winter beside him. He had the feeling that she, along with the other wolves, would not allow it. Then again, these wolves seemed to know Akira, without having to really meet her at all, especially the young one with the ocean eyes. How Julien would have loved to hold a conversation with him... There was a familiar delight there.
But what would Akira say? Odin could come with her. And the rest of those wolves... The only one that looked capable of putting up a fight was the male that was speaking. The younger male probably didn't even know how to fight. If this were his case, he would weigh the odds, the chances of death versus survival. This would be interesting.
In the back of his mind, of course, like a whisper in the dark, he still had business himself to conduct. And it was business that had to do with the female beside him. A bestial sound built in his throat at the thought and he pushed it down... for now. Things with the pack had to be taken care of first. How irritating. He had never cared for pack life to begin with... it always managed to get in the way of personal pursuits. In the meantime, though, he would stand with his paws in the frost, the first snowflakes beginning to fall as soon as the leaves were done. All would come together in time.

| Daenerys watched the events unfold before her and she blinked her curious blue eyes at her brother who dared to stay their mother's wrath. She stiffened slightly waiting for the blow to come to their brother but her mother's fury held. Swallowing she looked at the intruders, they now wanted to speak with her mother and Odin alone? The very speaking of it made her uneasy. The wolves before them didn't look a threat but they felt of one. Especially the way they were speaking and including Odin in their requests that sounded more like demands to Dae's ears.
She was happy she was no longer a whelp for this group would have put fear into her then when she was small, now however they drew at something darker. Anger. That they could just stroll in here and make demands of Muerta and it's flesh.
She stepped near her brother, feeling the loss of her twin and now a worry that Odin too would leave her. He was strange but her brother none the less and since her twin's loss she had found she felt closer to Odin now than most any of her siblings. Perhaps it was because he knew...without knowing...and perhaps it was because he didn't judge her...or perhaps it was because she felt the darkness within him and instinctively chose to become close to it rather than deny it. Perhaps it would keep it at bay longer...who knew. She knew however that this group was soiled. They felt of filth and they set her teeth on edge. Why would Odin wish their mother to stop?
"Odin.." Daenerys whispered and looked at him in his eyes, the milky one disturbing but she met them to seek the truth. Was this okay?

| As Winter stood watching the dangerous encounter, she leaned in closer, every hair on end and muscles rigid; she was ready in a moment's time to launch herself into the fray should anything turn ugly, though she knew it would be best to avoid a fight under these circumstances. Still, these wolves set her on edge, for their presence was ominous and their ambitions strange and unheard of. Their younger companions were like bodyguards and they posed a sort of threat to her Queen, something Winter would not tolerate should they make a move. The jet black femora glared at the massive, midnight hessian with the ocean blue spheres - he was both handsome and menacing, a combination she found appealing, if only driven by the heat of her season. The younger brute had an appeal of his own, a sturdy, masculine frame and harsh expression, but clearly immature. Regardless, they were both of enemy status, and she would sooner bury her teeth into their flesh than pursue them. Julien on the other hand... he stood next to her, close enough that she could feel the warmth from his pelt, and she couldn't rid herself of the nagging ache building within herself. She was just able to ignore the pull of her instincts when she saw Akira go for the killing blow, only to be intervened by her own offspring. She could see the barely contained fury in the Queen's eyes as she stared down at her son, but it was clear that she wouldn't have ceased her onslaught if she didn't think Odin had good reason for stopping her. The fact that she had enough trust in her own son to hear him out and heed his advice when she was ready to just cut them down and destroy them showed how truly strange this situation was. Whatever they had to offer... it must be extremely compelling to stop Akira in her tracks before a kill. As Thanos stepped forward to finally verbalize the reason for their presence here, all Winter could do was tilt her head in disbelief. Though she clenched her teeth, she couldn't hold back the sharp, derisive laughter that escaped her. These ancient wolves were out of their minds, yet somehow there was a serious atmosphere surrounding them, and Winter couldn't help wondering about the truthfulness of their offer. They needed sacrifices... young ones at that. Did they truly need them for some wolf god, or were they just sick-minded wolves that enjoyed pointless bloodshed? Either way it didn't matter to Winter, they didn't have any young whelps to sacrifice anyways. As the weird, quiet old wolf requested a private conversation with Akira and Odin, Winter narrowed her icy blue eyes. She knew the ruler of the mountains could hold her own, especially against this group of crippled elders, but it was the other two that bothered her. Their presence wasn't necessary for that conversation. Perhaps she could keep watch on them; besides, that would keep her busy, and maybe Julien would then give up on waiting out this pack business. She knew that if she had just a moment alone with him, she wouldn't resist her instincts. He was nothing but a rogue, yet his rough charm was enough to captivate her. She shook her head and stepped forward, her tail curved high, in effect allowing her scent to drift freely into the air without even realizing it. She was focused on finding a way to keep herself busy. "Those two have no reason to be present for a private conversation," she barked roughly, indicating to Zaiaku and Ehrgeiz, "Akira, leave it to me, I'll keep watch on them." She glanced to the ivory witch, hoping that she would indeed delegate that responsibility to her. Daenerys, Stark and Julien could stay nearby as well, to make sure that these wolves didn't cause trouble or wander off. | |

| Akira's body was poised on edge ready to end this stalemate, ready to be done with these inbred jackals. Her teeth clacked in annoyance but would allow them to speak for her son quelled her inner turmoil for the moment. As one of the elder brus stepped forward she turned her eyes in a deliberate snub but her auds flicked in his direction listening to what pathetic mewlings that would no doubt dribble from his mouth. The humble excuses that came first made her want to snap right there but she held herself, held herself hard, talons ripping into the earth with her barely restrained violence. But the next words...the next words actually caused her to take pause and despite her own pride she felt her dial turn, dark amber eyes reaching for that of Thanos. He spoke of impossible things, impossible deeds yet all the same Akira felt a stirring inside her, something she had not felt for nigh on 6 years. A youthful flutter in her breast that alighted her being but just as soon vanished taking the buoyancy right with it. In its wake she felt a flash of red anger rise again almost too much for her to stop but Odin shifted imperceptibly at her side shaking his head. Oh this child of mine, born of darkness a boon for souls. Akira was not so fool to believe wild tales and soft murmurs from lands beyond her ken but this was not her first time around the forest and she had seen stranger things in her life then even her own son. What they offered her now was something she tasted in her mouth, felt it in her old aching bones. Despite what her instincts were screaming she would not plunge her desires into this foray without first knowing more. Looking at the ragged group one by one skipping past Ana almost completely her mouth slanted in thought. How could she not have seen it before? Their mouthpiece asked an audience of her...and her son. It was quite a smart maneuver of him to omit that rank bitch because she would have refused to treated with her. Before she had time to answer his inquiry Winter stepped forth proclaiming her intentions. A sly smile curved the Queens lips, ah Winter, child of her faithful follower, ever eager to please. She was a good piece on her board and would serve this land well for many years. Still not speaking she looked to the intruders once more in thought. She wondered the elders interest in Odin but would not quest for the answer now. Her children were past their puphood now, surely too old to be a candidate for this ceremony....how unfortunate. "Very well gypsy you shall have your audience but if you think to trick me in some foul manner i'm sure you know the ending to that ploy. Lets us dispense the useless words, Winter!" She barked turning her head sharply in the fems directions. "I shall grant you the duty you seek and if you please me well today and in the near future you shall receive a guardian rank. It is about time we have some reform in this hierarchy. Dae and Stark, be sure to stick around as well. I'll not have them roaming my lands...and if this wench does anything that displeases you...dispatch her." She turned walked a few paces ahead and turned on her son Odin. Like a cobra she lashed out a hard blow knocking him in his head sending him stumbling sideways. "Do not get in my way ever again." She moved off into the forest knowing she would be followed. Odin watched the events unfold his body thick with anxiety. These wolves were not ordinary, and he felt his blood heat with the implications of it. He heard their words just as well as everyone but unlike everyone except maybe his mother for he felt the change in her, though he could not say how just that he felt it, he knew that the brus words were true and he felt something akin to Ana as if his whole body prickled, a cold drop of water on his nape. The chill radiated outward and left his legs tingling. When Akira finally spoke he was relieved at her acceptance but wary as well..always wary of his mother. Odin saw many things but he was no physic in that sense or seer into the future as many would think him. His sisters words called out to him and he met her concerned gaze and nodded tightly. "It is well sister, I shall watch." His words meant far more than simple looking but he knew his sister to trust him enough with something like this. She would not challenge him. He kept his eyes low as his mother doled out orders and words and turned to follow as she went when he suddenly felt the backlash of her fury, the consequences of his intervention. His face stung where she struck him and he could not help the angry snarl from bubbling out but he continued to look down not wishing to ignite her ire further. He felt his teeth clench in anger and his own darkness bubbling up inside of him. Pinching his eyes shut and with a force of will he stayed his emotions and took a breath. Looking up he met Daes eyes once more but he had no smile for her now. It was getting harder to control himself in moments like those but control himself he must. There was too much lurking inside himself he could not afford to lose control. He nodded his head and trotted off after his dear mother... | |

| There was quite a bit of discussion he wasn't sure he wanted to know about. First, Akiko didn't slaughter them- Odin himself interfered, talk about Fenrir. Oh, he knew who that was, but he'd never heard of wolves being granted eternal life. And the conditions? Black magic or some kind of voodoo, if one asked him. Oh, it might be true, but not many dabbled. High rewards came with a high price. He can smell trouble from a mile away, and those old bones are bringing it. Why spread this supposed gift unless something on their end went wrong? It couldn't be pure generosity. No one behaved that way. How long had they lived thus far? Perhaps they were immortal, but were their bones as fragile as ever? If his body remained young, he'd admit the temptation, but if he looked like that forever? No matter. He'd watch things play out and decide what to do when it comes. His attention picked up when Akiko called him to help keep an eye on the strangers. His eyes gleamed at the permission to dispose of the old timer if she made a wrong move. That was something he'd gladly do. Then she struck Odin. He had a feeling the young wolf had it coming at some point for stopping her, warranted or not. Now was a waiting game. Boring, but necessary, especially with the promise of something happening, one way or another. | |

| Dae watched the events unfurl before her blue eyes. The odd gathering of wolves were granted a request by her mother. The thought of it angered her. There was a deeper stirring here and she could feel it in the marrow of her bones. She worried for her brother and though his voice reassured her she knew they carried more meaning, she put faith in that. Holding her tongue she nodded and listened as her mother barked orders. Giving her the go ahead to kill the fem that was nothing more than a seedy harlot if she so pleased.
That in itself as a sort of gift but then their mother's fury unleashed on Odin, her brother. She stepped forward and stopped holding her ground. She was no match for mother to challenge her in this. The thought made her boil as she watched her brother stand and met her eyes.
Her blood ran cold.
His eyes....there was less of himself in her eyes and more of something else...something that made her skin prickle and left her unblinking as she stared after him.

| Winter glowed, cold blue eyes gleaming with menace as her Queen granted her the task of watching the intruders. The jet black fae watched as Akira readied herself to leave the vicinity, then turned on a dime and struck Odin unexpectedly, her claws lashing his face. The expression that crossed the young male's face was dark and filled with rage. It almost appeared as though he would rebel and strike back, setting Winter on edge with her hackles spiking, muscles tensed. Any wolf in Akira's pack should know their place, and understand that their foolish or defiant actions would be faced with harsh rebuke. Winter wouldn't dream of questioning the Queen's authority and her right to discipline her followers with iron claws - not for fear of Akira's brutality, but because the savage and sinister nature of her dominance was more than appealing. How could she have even a taste of that power if she opposed it? Defiance of the mountain's tyrant could not go unpunished, lest every wolf begin to run a muck and act however they pleased. Such freedom of will would only serve to weaken them all. Winter relaxed, narrowing her eyes watchfully when Odin grit his teeth and swallowed his fury, following quietly after his mother as they moved off into the woods. Now her sharp glare turned to the two hessians that were left in her charge. She didn't give Ana the briefest of glances. A low and threatening growl rumbled in her chest - she didn't trust these wolves at all. They had pledged no allegiance to this pack, and their arrogant presence was aggravating. She almost hoped that they would act out, just to give her a reason to taste their flesh. "Better behave," she taunted, flashing her teeth as she saw Ehrgeiz stiffen, resistance clear in his entire posture. He seemed like the type to break. Yet, she couldn't keep her eyes only on him, for the large, midnight hessian might try to surprise her. She looked him up and down, her icy blue spheres seeking out his ocean hues. Briefly she let her eyes drift over her packmates, Dae and Stark, standing by should anything happen, though Winter didn't think these wolves would be foolish enough to do anything. Ignoring Julien's presence, she looked back to the two brutes, ever watchful with muscles coiled to spring should they do anything. ------------------------------ Thanos had not expected Akira to agree with so little resistance, but her willingness made this all the easier. "Thank you," he said with a dip of his head, glad that she would hear them out and anxious to put their plans into action. They were lucky for Odin's insight, and his quick action to intercept his mother's attack, despite the backlash he would receive. It came quickly and harshly, leaving the young brute struggling to control his anger. Thanos watched with a neutral expression, though amusement filled him. Akira was as rough as they came. This was all turning out to be perfectly suiting. As the Queen and her progeny turned to pad into the forest, Thanos craned his neck to face Svad. A wicked look crossed his mug, eyes flashing with twisted excitement. "Come, brother," he murmured, trying to contain his thrill, "We have been granted our audience. Let us make this worthwhile." He then turned and lumbered away, following the tracks of the Alphaess. He maintained a respectful distance from her, and allowed her to lead them somewhere quieter, away from prying eyes and ears. | |

| The breeze gently caressed his brittle frame, brushing through the thin patchy coat of pitch and ash. One day it might very well take him, on the cusp of a breath of air he would cease to exist. Gone are the pains, however much they made one stronger. The challenges in a life were in place to test the endurance one could sustain. Once more, he drifted to the centre, pulling away from the surrounding chaos, only to open the depths of his history. What depravity and malice a few ill words could create, a cheating tongue could bring about the decimation of a pack. It was not just words, however, incantations required belief and a sacrificed soul, slowly chopped away at. He would not stray from the path, there were no regrets left to have.
Something was changing though, there were pieces that only now presented themselves. No warning about the spawn, he fancied himself a loyalist. Still, what a great part the young lad will play. His would be the first. Svadilfari shifted his gaze about, studying the wolves in turn. The white queen contemplates, deliberates on what comes next, not knowing the patterns. He had not batted an eye upon Winter's words, and though it appeared he was in reserve, the demon heard all. The young drakes would fair without the ancients, they had fulfilled their first moves. This was no longer a show, what came next was for private eyes and auds. Svad rose from his waking slumber, hearing the terms of Akira, knowing they could be broken. There was a serpent, a covinous trickster among them. Smaragdine hues flicked to the sinful cretin, meeting sapphires that spoke understanding. They would dispose of one another without hesitation, but for now they would work with each other.
The strike was quick, a reminder of who ruled. The drake did not flinch, he needed the young bruja, but only so far as that went. These would be treacherous times to come, a darkness would settle over these lands. Alliances had broken before over such offers, and these wolves of Fire and Ice would know their god first mitt. His gaze lingered over Akira's fleeting form, watching the aged queen saunter away, quietly debating her fate. His distraction came from his brethren, when once more he was being forced to move. This on account of everything, age brought pain in the end. Even with youth restored, time could still tear at a wolf. Svadilfari nodded and watched Thanos take off, green hues flicked to his sister however. "Speak the words, Anastasiya." He spoke with what could be considered affection, his gaze offering knowledge. They did not need her presence, only the lyrics of olde passed to the women. Svad turned and began his trek after the trio, his limp now only slight.
Was that, no it couldn't be, his luck was never typically well. Ah, but it was the sickly sweet scent of heat. Perhaps it was what remained of Anastasiya, her scent hadn't completely left his form. What an intoxicating woman, wild at that, and now in no favour to the queen. Though, he wasn't sure any wolf here had favour in another, it was tense, enough to claw at it. The joker had reclined on his haunches, content to watch the silent debate. The time would come when his accessories would be necessary, in the time before that the show could go on. Ocean hues never lifted from Akira and the ancients, these others meant little when an angered Queen was present.
It would seem he was wrong, hearing the lyrics from Winter. Zaiaku averted his gaze to the black fae, briefly and without much care. She wished to play sitter, very well, it wouldn't be easy. His gaze flicked over the hessian at her side, holding a calm contemplative demeanour. Zai could tell something gnawed at the drake, though he could also see a likeness. Still, just puppets the lot of them. The sound of a strike caught Zai and his gaze returned to the central point. Ah! He had missed the hit, but a smirk still crept through. It certainly was not unexpected, the white queen had a history that would not allow for disobedience.
Nares flared, though his gaze remained on Akira, catching the scent again, only stronger. Zaiaku's smirk only grew, for now he knew for certain. It would wait, though not for long. Sapphire hues watched four wolves slip away, off to do business that few could fathom. He had caught Svad's words and glanced Ana over, more of the olde lyrics, she had proven apt at that. It was a beautiful language, even if it meant little to him. The joker closed his gaze for a moment, reveling in what was to come. It was then he felt lanterns on him, and the drake awoke, turning his pools to Winter.
He now understood the bruja's trouble, but why had he not remedied this issue? Was she such a prude to not give in to the carnal pleasure, or was he to weak of a drake. Zaiaku smirked when he caught her gaze flowing over him, his own sapphires doing much the same. Black on black. It was difficult not chuckling, but he held back. He would have her, just as Ana, it would just take more work. "Can't promise anything." Zai spoke with charm, a playful smile creasing his kissers. He could see her muscles tensed to attack, still he lifted himself from the terra and turned to Winter. What was her angle, did she require dominance or was he to warm to her? Ocean hues caught her own blue lanterns, speaking silently, inviting and offering. Oh, this would be a grave challenge that held a great reward.

| It was almost instant, the jolt she felt when she realized the midnight drake had caught her scent. She wasn't sure how she even knew that he'd gotten a whiff, yet somehow it seemed painfully obvious. Nothing showed in his expression; in fact he seemed more intrigued by the actions of the other wolves. Until his sapphire orbs met with hers. The jolt came again; what was that? His words came forth, a challenge of sorts that made her grind her teeth, yet his tone held a charming sense of playful rebellion, and the smile upon his mug was strangely captivating and an invitation lingered in his gaze. He joked, yet there was a serious air to it. He knew how to play on the dangerous side, an uncommon quirk that amused and irritated her all the same. It was as though he wanted to see how she would take to his, and she did not yet know how she would play into it. She let loose a light growl, then it faded. "Cheeky," she huffed with a sneer, yet an amused glitter held in her eyes. She was glad her sister wasn't present, for the fae would have made this all the more painful - she knew she wouldn't hear the end of it if Vengeance saw her in such an easily influential state. She's too young to understand the fun in such games, she assured herself, locking her stare with the mysterious brute, not caring what Daenarys nor Stark would think. They were merely present to hold things together if anything were to go wrong. Winter felt a shock at the sudden and intense allure of his eyes as he looked her over, afraid of the instinct that urged her toward him and angered by the vulnerability she felt from it, like she couldn't control her body and say "no". She wanted to lash out at the stranger, a wolf who had intruded on their lands and already had his fun before even seeking passage in the mountains. Yet she couldn't strike him. She knew she would not hesitate to rip into him if he made a wrong move, but his dangerous charm had melted some of the tension - she was less on edge, no less on guard but not leaning in to strike in a heartbeat. Suddenly her attention was drawn backwards. She had been ignoring Julien on purpose, with the intent of avoiding this kind of interaction, and yet now she was being drawn in to the pull of another brute. Perhaps it was all just inevitable. Perhaps it wouldn't be all that bad to just give in, although she hated the idea of just letting them take her. It seemed too easy - Winter was not one to surrender herself without purpose, save for a burning urge in her loins. But if she were to let herself go, how would she choose which brute to have fun with? Julien would be her first suitor, his intentions obvious as he followed her around, particularly since the season had begun. His roguish nature and cool attitude were compelling. Yet in stature, the obsidian drake was much more impressive, the dominant male if one were to compare them in such a way. It made her wonder for a moment how her mother had ever allowed a brute to get close enough that they raised whelps together. Her father had been a mighty warrior, loyal mate and dedicated parent. Neither Julien nor the mysterious hessian seemed dependable in that way, though she wasn't sure that mattered. Then it occurred to her that it didn't matter at all which brute relieved her of this awful heat. She grinned as she imagined a bloody battle that would determine who would get her alone - the victor would enjoy her body, and their prize would be her pleasure. She shuddered in anticipation, no longer feeling so resistant to her desires; it would all play out to be an interesting game. She could always appreciate a little bloodshed, and if that meant she would be relieved in the end, then it didn't matter to her how it played out. More at ease, Winter pointedly turned her back on Zaiaku, waving her tail in the air to drive them all crazy. She moved back to Julien's side, pressing close to him, her tail teasing and her heat scent clogging the air. He didn't seem much of a fighter, but she didn't want him to lose interest now that another male pursued her. As her hip pressed into his, she knew he was just as capable of taking her as the black as night hessian was; the feeling of his body close to hers was enough to drive her mad, her heat begging her to drag him into the woods alone, though she knew she had an important duty to fulfill now. And at the same time... she wished to see competition form. She couldn't let this go without some sort of rivalry. With eyes narrowed, snowflakes dancing around her frame she spoke, "End my torment..." she demanded softly, her tone coming as almost a plead, yet there was something malicious ringing in her voice. Her words were loud enough, they would reach the obsidian brute as well. | |

| Hades had waited. And he didn't like waiting. When the femme addressed him, he got up, and stretched his legs before replying. "I've been waiting for an audience with your packleader... Akira was the name I think." his bulky form got in motion, moving himself closer to her at a slow pace. "So, is she prepared to listen to me?" He had to supress a snarl. His body was itching for a good fight, and the air was riven with the scent of females in heat, for winter had come during his stay here. Stopping a few feet from the femme, his ocean-blue orbs gazing at her. "Or do I have to wait again?" It was hard to not come over threathening or intimidating now. He hoped he didn't had to wait again. As the consequences could be... severe.

| Vengeance didn't like the casual way he stretched himself out before answering. She had expected him to be a little more prompt, considering he was on claimed lands. She glared at him as he spoke, lifting her lips in a silent snarl as he moved closer to her, talking with attitude as he asked if Akira would be prepared to listen to him. As if he had some sort of priority here. At last he paused just a few feet from her, causing her hackles to spike in agitation, fixing him with a hard stare as his blue eyes gazed her way. She snorted in disbelief as he spoke once more. "You will wait as long as the Queen wants you to wait," she snapped, stomping a paw forward, "If you're feeling patient enough I can lead you further into the mountains, where you might find Akira's audience." She cocked a brow, wondering what his response would be. She wasn't going to be kind or give him any options that suited him best. He would conform to the ways of the mountain wolves or he would be gone. | |

| Hades had to keep himself from grinning; These wolves seemed to have a misunderstanding of the word tact. As the femme snarled at him, he closed in in her, his blazing blue eyes meeting with her. "Let's find your queen then." All tough he did find it lacking of taste that a pack leader that only owned this small a territory called herself a queen. He was now hoping that the femme would lunge at him, so he could delier her head to that queen. That would surely attract her attention. Now he started grinning.

| Vengeance was set on edge as he closed the gap between them, her muscles rigid and hackles rising from neck to tail tip. His blue eyes blazed with malicious intent. The young femme was surprised by his boldness, but her kin had prepared her well for such an encounter. As he stood with his posture high over hers, she went silent, glaring back into his eyes, meeting the challenge. She wouldn't be intimidated. In fact she relished the chance to fight to prove herself and show this ignorant brute what the mountain wolves were made of. If he could hold his own here, he might be a valuable asset to the pack. But with his attitude, he wasn't going to last long. Vengeance didn't care if he ended up dead. His challenge was accepted, and she lashed out with powerful jaws straight toward his throat, holding nothing back. | |

| Hades' blood started pumping and his eyes blazed even more as she lunged at him. The thrill of combat flowed through his veins, it had been far too long. He did approve of her bravery, and he vowed to not rough her up.. too much. dashing forward to meet her lunge with his shoulder, his intention to give her a stunning blow. His advantages where raw power and experience, although he knew he shouldn't underestimate her, as her attack had almost took him off gaurd. Almost... | |

| Duo-hued orbs whirled as she was knocked by the force of his body. She felt her teeth clash upon nothing but a clump of fur, which she spat out as she rolled on the ground, snow spraying up behind her. She leapt to her paws quickly, not wasting any time rebalancing herself. She couldn't believe that she had missed her target, his reflex had been quick and well-played. She was a small but hefty fae, and though the male was larger than she, Vengeance would not stand down. She knew she only needed to latch onto him, from there she could thrash him and spill his blood. Claws dug into the frozen sod, kicking up snow and earth as she lunged for him again, this time taking a leap for his scruff. She just had to bite deep, get a good hold of him and not let go, and the thought of shaking him drove her mad. | |

| Hades grinned as his slam sent her sprawling. The femme quickly got back on her feet, lunging again at him. He had to commend her determination, and he could see her intense desire to dig her teeth in his flesh. His paws kicked back snow as he met her lunge with a charge off his own, his target her throat. However, the icy underground almost made him slip, and while he regained his balance, he saw the femme lunging at him. He cursed inside as the fea's jaw clenched on his scruff. She had drawn first blood. | |

| A wild sense of victory overcame her as she felt her teeth meet his scruff, blood seeping lightly into her mouth. It was her first taste in a real battle, something she relished and would not forget. She made sure her grip was tight as she tugged and pulled at the loose skin, satisfied with the sensation. But, Vengeance knew this male wasn't being as serious as he could be, in fact he seemed to be amused with the whole thing. Right from the start he seemed to have ignited this fight for his own entertainment. A wolf that could surely fit in with this pack, that was, if either of them could reach the main part of the territory without trying to kill each other. Understanding that she did not have a vital hold on him, Vengeance let go and gave him a mighty shove, taking a step back herself to put space between them. Her two-toned orbs watched him, wondering what his next move would be. The fight still raged in her veins, and she would be ready to meet him should he lunge once more, ready to see what he could deal but still on edge to defend herself. | |

Akira said nothing to him. No surprise there. He watched with passive eyes as Akira laid the beauty beside him in charge of the hellions before them, who were now here to play. It was at this moment now that Julien became interested in what was going on - strange how such small things caught his attention to begin with - as he watched the exchanged gazes of Zaiku and Winter... Yet, he did not stand bolder or taller, as if to compete, but instead relaxed as a spectator with watchful eyes. The conversation was between them, and the question became: Who wanted who? Who baited who? He glanced at Stark with a smirk. Everyone could see the game that was about to unfold. Heavy sex lingered in the air and every male wanted a taste of it.
And then, Winter began to prance around, lifting her tail in the air for all to see and smell. Of course, he was most prone to these sort of things and he felt himself tighten, but his eyes remained locked on Zaiku, silent and curious. The bru had a funny way of talking, not much different than he, but he was also much more masculine, with a hard jaw and broad shoulders laced with muscle. He could see why women would be attracted to him. But it was Winter who then pressed herself against him, her warmth yearning to envelop his. A perverse thought occurred to him: he could take her right here, right now, in front of them all.
Thus, the limber hessian snatched her as he would when making a kill, thirsty and harsh, talons digging into her skin and wrapping around her tight. He pressed his weight upon her, leaning forward so that his teeth clipped her ear. However, he did not enter - no, not yet, it was much too early - though he found the beast inside him begging to split her loins apart, her entire, spicy scent washing over his body. He let the growl he held in rumble up his chest, through his throat, and past his lips, measured and steady, but not to be taken lightly. He kept his eyes locked with Zaiku's, though, ready to leap over Winter's body if the bru, or any of the others, tried to take her from him. None of them knew of what powerful darkness there was when it came to moments like these.
While it looked like he had begun the courtship, again, he did not enter. When the growl passed his lips he leaned into Winter's ear. "I will only end your torment when your body is bound to the ground and you're begging me to fuck you," he whispered. "Which is for another time. For now, play with this tool. Make him dance. Let's see if he knows the game."
He would not release her until she responded.

| Hades sneered as the femme teared in his skin, but to his suprise, she let loose her hold on his scruff. As she propelled herself away from him, he stared at her, slightly confused. Wasn't she trying to kill him? Or had she just tried to make a point? Either way, he couldn't end this fight leaving her unmarked, and his pride demanded blood for the soon to be scar in his neck. "You're not going to get out of this that easy." He growled at her. Then he charged at her, unleashing a part of his pent-up fury that had build up during his long wait. His intent was to grab her at her neck as she had did with him, only he would not let loose so easily. He also made sure he didn't slip this time | |
