The Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix dropped the goat once they got back, thinking back to Akira and Winter just minutes before. Part of him was amused, but the other half just wanted to eat. He was temporarily happy with the blood that had seeped into his mouth, though. the tang of iron would satisfy him until the higher ranked wolves made their appearance.

Briefly, he watched the interaction between the siblings, but his attention quickly went elsewhere. With a small yawn, he sat down, sitting unnaturally still. Still for Stark's standards, at least. He had to process an plan now that he didn't have anyone to remember information for him. Storing information so he could easily find it. It wasn't difficult, just too too much time than he normally cared to spare.

He returned to the mountains, but he was not the same wolf as he had left.

There was purpose in his step, confidence in his gait. He walked with his legs long and his blue eyes ahead, the cornea swirling tumultuous shades of cerulean, their bright, cyan hue lost. His shielding winter coat that had kept form the cold was shed, a sleeker, edgier pelt growing through. Julien felt as if he could own the earth beneath him, snatch Mother Nature by her loins and poison all she had. His thoughts swayed to a certain fae in particular, but he would not pursue that menacing idea. No, instead he reveled in the thought of it, and would replace her for someone that deserved to feel such bitterness. Yes, he was bitter, oh so bitter; like berries before they are ripe. But he was more than that. He was a changed man, if you could call him that.

He found her scent on the cold wind, near a mountain pass on the far side. The stony bru smirked to himself. It was like her to lead him through Muerta's Lookout Point to the far east, into the Crimson Pass. Ah well. She didn't know about the way he toyed with his mind, played with his heart; she was by no doubts a temptress. Before, his charm likely irritated her. Well. She wouldn't find that charm present anymore, at least what she had seen before. That was a waste. If did have any charm left, it was full of tricks. Back to a game he knew; one that he often played with Loki. He swerved between the evergreens, noticing a strange, new scent along the way. His eye lingered for a moment on four wolves entering, climbing the slopes to the Bloodstained Peak of the mountains, where they were probably expecting to find the white witch Akira. One of them, a female, had a strong, pungent scent of heat; he momentarily thought of taking her, but no, he had a goal. One that wasn't driven by such savage lust. Or perhaps it was. Regardless, he turned away from them and down into the Crimson Pass.

He heard the snarls and yelps before he saw anything, the metallic tang of fresh blood and his temptress' sharp scent flooding his nares. Julien followed the crimson in the snow; how ironically suiting for the name of the place, now that he thought about it. There were bits of blood here and there, like rose petals, and in other places there were huge, warm pools. Then, he saw her - a writhing, black vixen, eyes full of malice and rage. How she looked even more captivating when angry, furious, driven by her inner demons. Relentless. Julien could see the way that she had no restraint, and it recalled a memory from a battle a year or so ago. One could say that she was like her mother. Fascinating. However, he knew that she was not the only one in these lands to act without hesitation, delay. All of the wolves present had no second thoughts, including himself.

Sharp, blue eyes spotted an opening, one that invited another to charge in for the kill. How he wanted to jump in and snap his jaws around that wolf's neck, for whatever reason he deserved it. Julien was on edge, his heart beating quickly in his chest, a strange mix of lust and bloodthirst and revenge. So many emotions he still had trouble describing, but forget it, he was going to do as he pleased. That, and as much as he wanted to, he noticed the mighty form of Akira near him. He sauntered up beside her, like a shadow that forms behind one as the sun comes out from behind the clouds. He did not glance at her, his eyes locked on the deadly dance that Winter was performing, but he kept his posture low, still. "I believe she's waiting for you," he said in a cool, monotone voice; a casual suggestion. There was a reason Winter was putting on such a display, and why Akira was present for it. He didn't know the details, but that wasn't important.

Mercy did not comment on her sisters brief dismissal of the bru that had been following her around previously, though it did strike her curiosity that he had claimed to know Killian. Who knew where her brother was and her eyes lingered an extra beat on her sister knowing how close the two had been. Glancing away she was glad to see Odin and Vengeance making their way down the trail Dany had just starting digging into the carcass anyways. She gave a soft wuff to Stark letting him know it was okay to eat. Who knows how long her mother would be gone and she was hungry. Odin approached with the mangled goat between them and dropped it the same time Vengeance did and looked at Dany in question. "Where is Mother?" He questioned and Mercedes motioned with her head to where she had last exited. "Winter led her away to some wolf who was supposed to take tail and ended up wandering off. Probably the most foolish thing he has ever done in his life." Odin face remained impassive as he studied the woods where his sister had indicated before letting out a sigh. "It most certainly is the last foolish thing he will do." With that he stode over and sniffed at the carcass knowing that they would have to bury some portion just in case they next few hunts weren't as prosperous.

He looked back at Vengeance and motioned to Daenarys. "Might as well follow her lead." And he turned back to the goat and dug in right next to his sibling. Mercy waited a moment and shrugged falling on the carcass as well. She believed Odin's comment to be true and doubted that the brute would leave the woods alive. It was strange when Odin said things offhand like that. A tone in his voice as if he knew it to be irrefutably true but never outright said it. In most cases she found him to be right and she tried to not delve too deeply into it lest she find herself too weirded out.

Akira's white scarred form ghosted through the trees behind winter, her step sure and her malice oozing from every step. By this point she had pinpointed the foreign scent at this point, her blood singing with need to end the outsider. He had strayed where he should not have and his fate was already sealed. She had killed wolves for far less. She could sense Winter's eagerness as the fem strode forth in front of her leading this deadly chase. It was a good thing, it was a thing to foster this desire of hate and lust for the kill. The wolves of fire and ice would forever and always know what lie in wait in Muerta Mountains. The soil of this land was cursed and nothing would ever change that not even when her bones lied decayed and forgotten.Racing up steeping inclines now his scent was just around the corner now. Ahh there it was, a glimpse of a tail, the view of a body. The wide surprised eyes of anger and fear as his attacked fell upon him. Winter sparing no time or comment and harassed the brute dragging him down in a vicious assault as Akira herself fell back, tail lashing teeth clacking in her mad desire. But she would allow the young she wolf her pleasure. She half circled the battle watching as Winter's rage drove the bru to his knees. It was well done, a smartly executed plan despite the rage running wild in her eyes, Akira knew the feeling all too well.

There was another presence there and though she recognized the bru who had been about the land before it was probably a very lucky thing for him that he averted his gaze from her for whatever reason. Ivory auds flicked at his words and her lyrics came out more a snarl than anything "Of course she is." She lunged forward towards the carnage the brute well on his way to his demise before she clamped her jowls down savagely on his snout suffocating the brute as he thrashed heedlessly. His body slowly failing to respond before he stopped moving completely. She held on for a good measure more to be sure before letting go and lunging for his neck which she brutally latched on to and in one, two might yanks spilled his life blood all over the earth. She stood there panting, her amber eyes glazed over with bloodlust, staring at the crimson mess on the ground.

Vengeance glanced around as the siblings interacted briefly with one another, and one after the other they began to dig into the food. Odin invited her to indulge, but she hesitated. Her eyes wandered over to the other brute, Stark, who hung back as well. It seemed that only those of Akira's get were digging in without a worry. Vengenace had been taught to fear Akira - both Crimson and Winter had warned her of the dangers of disrespecting the great Queen. She had seen the femora's fury already, and despite her being older and capable of defending herself, she still didn't want to agitate the formidable woman. She smirked to Odin, taking a step back. "That's okay, I'm not hungry," she said, feigning. Her belly protested audibly, but she would not agree to eat yet. She merely licked her lips, catching the last traces of blood caught in her fur, then took a few paces away and settled down where she would wait for Akira to return.

--------------------------

Winter was thoroughly engrossed in her task when another presence entered the scene, and she had not become fully aware of him at the time. She knew someone else was there, but she didn't bother herself with it, until Akira made her move. She let go of the brute when she saw Akira grasp his maw in her deadly traps, watching her stifle his last breath, her eyes wide and mezmerized as she looked on. At last, his body went limp, and the Queen latched onto the brute's throat, ripping at his flesh to let loose the flow of life blood that would stain the snow crimson. A crazed look remained plastered to her visage, panting just as Akira did, looking at the still body for moments as though wishing for it to move again, only to strike it down once more. When the body remained still, she finally was able to drag her gaze away from it, to find herself staring at a familiar face - but his expression had turned cold, desiring blood as much as the rest of the wolves here.

She was frozen for a moment in time as she stared at Julien, ice blue orbs flashing with fury, but something else as well. She couldn't pinpoint it... something about the look in his eyes. It was a look with eyes that only one before him had given her. She had long forced the name from her memory, the one who had looked at her without judgement or hatred, perhaps he had even shown a willingness to know her or at least to accept her for a while. Clenching her teeth, Winter shook her head, bringing herself back into the present moment. Julien was there, watching quietly and waiting for something. With a snarl she trotted over to him, adrenaline still coursing through her, though it was waning. She snapped her teeth in front of him, thrusting her face close to his. Her ivories were stained red, bits of blonde fur still clinging to them as blood dripped from her jowls. Despite her ferocity, she was curious as to why the hessian had chosen to return to this place, and why it seemed that this was the first place he visited. "What are you doing here?" she sneered, her voice merely a hushed growl, whirling blue pools boring into him.

The blood from the poor, blonde brute was everywhere. Julien watched with an impassive expression, but not disinterest. He definitely had an interest, a purpose for being here, and it reflected in the sharpness of his swirling, sapphire hues. He stood by as Akira delivered the killing blow, and as Winter dropped the hessian like a piece of rotting meat. He knew well to wait before approaching either of them, letting the bloodlust settle, as he knew for these wolves their thirst for it was higher than others. He smirked as Winter's dark form coiled as she saw him; good, that was what he wanted to see, what he longed to see. She then came towards him, snapping her teeth with tufts of her kill's fur, and he took a simple amusement in how silly it looked, but kept this joke to himself.

"This is my home," he replied, his tone even and clear in contrast to her growling. He glanced at the dead wolf, and then back at her, a brow perked. "So what did he do to ruffle your fur?" he asked, curious, really. Then again, it wasn't unlike Muerta wolves to kill for no purpose, if the rumors would hold true. He had only spent a few weeks in the pack, afterall. In the back of his mind, he wondered if Stark was still around. They would have both much and little to catch up on. But for now, all of his attention was focused on Winter, her obsidian form seeming to steam with her boiling emotions in the cold, mountain air.

What a poor excuse of a repertoire, Zaiaku couldn't feel more disappointed. He had expected to be bloody and bruised, perhaps a bit of small talk, but even then the rumours refuted the possibility. A distraction, maybe, a hunt further north. Speculation would get him nowhere, and yet the creature, laughing all ways, threaded on his thoughts. Surely they wouldn't go unnoticed, already he was unnerved. Where was the spectacle, the ferious ice queen seemed as tame as her sister. Ha. The ivory beaut bested by a whelp, though the young hessian had talent. Too insecure, still a child.

His heritage leaving something to be desired. How quickly these wolves create pedestals, and how rightly so they make gods of the dead. Not even bones remained, a decayed silent whisper of flesh and blood. Dust. Irrelevant. And eventually the cycle continues, fresh meat from bitches in heat. Minds to conform into once again worshipping the dead. And yet he stood next to this decrepit aged drake, with ever step a limp, and a perpetual weight on his crania. Or was he incapable of lifting anything? It was a certain glimpse into what he would become, it sickened and pleased him simultaneously.

And his companions were not much further along, only the young hessian remained youthful. Though silence wasn't much of a gauge. The features were unmistakable, it became clearer that he knew as little about her as she did him. All the better, it would be a miracle to know anyone. He wandered further down the path, tossing thoughts like stones across the terra. Never mind the sire, what was it that brought the young hessian here? Did he seek to rekindle a relationship, or had she abandoned him and now he sought answers? In good time the riddle will be solved. Patience is a virtue.

A smirk played across his maw, dancing left to right and disappearing just as quick. A mere thought provoked gravity, and the boy was by his side. Perhaps he was seeing things, but he was doubtful. He had spent enough time, wasted it seemed, around that vixen to recognize her kin. "So, it speaks." The joker cast a bored eye on Ehrgeiz, his tone sharp yet playful. The drake wasn't sure which cards he had yet, so he wasn't going to make it easy. What small form of entertainment could come out of reuniting mother with son, was subpar to what these three ancients were offering. "Tell me boy, have you ever smelt anything finer? Don't be shy now, she'll show you things you'll never see again." Zaiaku smirked, glancing briefly at Ana. Of which he got more praise, more lust, more boredom. It was beginning to get old, he'd tear her apart if it meant curing all of their torment. It would be consensual anyways. Ha.

"We best stop here. Wouldn't want to die before we have fun." Zaiaku spoke aloud, though the words were for Svad, not that the old man paid attention. Ocean hues watched as Svadilfari stepped forward a few paw lengths, promptly sit and raise his maw. The song was once again as foreign as the trio, belting out and echoing across the mountains. It would carry with the wind, bone chilling and guttural. A shivering sensation of depression and decay, of which Zai felt his hackles raise lightly. It was thrilling in its morbid beauty, and hopefully the white witch wasn't deaf.

Svad remained perched where he had sung, his image a mass of fur. Hunched over as though that had been his last call, the light erratic rise and fall assured all who looked closely enough that he was alive. Zaiaku turned and gazed at the group, stopping on Ehrgeiz. Sapphire hues remained locked on the younger bruja, revealing nothing but an untameable ocean. "Don't be so nosy, you might not like what you find." Zai winked and turned to Ana. "My dear, I believe I have a cure for your ailment." The wolf in a suit smirked devilishly, padding up to her side. "It's painful but effective." Zai's tone became a growl, and he was about prepared to take her then and there.

The small group came to a slow, stopping beneath a grove of high-reaching evergreens that pierced the miserable, cloudy sky, though spring was rumored to be present. Ana's attention shifted to Svad as he released his call, low and guttural, like something that was dying instead of calling out for a bigger purpose. It made the emptiness in her chest wheeze with pride and pleasure, or perhaps it was her heat that was tricking her mind. Regardless, her yellow orbs slid of Ehrgeiz's young, sleek physique; she licked her lips at him, slow and sensual. Oh, he would be a wonderful boy to copulate with. Her attention, instead, was captured by Zaiku, his form rubbing with hers, his ashen scent now deep in her nares, as water in an ocean. His growl resonated through her and she smirked with perverse, wicked delight. She growled in response, understanding the way that he would mount her in front of the rest of them.

"Hehe. It seems that you're in for a show, boys," she giggled, knowing it was more for Ehrgeiz's presence than anyone else. With Zaiku going to take her, it would leave Ehrgeiz as the only one that had not been with her yet. Oh yes, she had been with Svad when he was more than skin and bones, as well as Thano in days long, long past. The trio had known each other for an awfully long time, though they had gone their separate ways. Yet, they always found a way back again, as insects do in the wildwoods. She knew that they wouldn't mind seeing what was about to happen - in fact, it thrilled her, with Zaiku so close. She could only smirk more at the thought of whoever lived here to see them, mating as rabid lovers would on their lands, poisoning it with their twisted filth. She giggled again at her inner thoughts. Ana's long, skeletal whipcord shifted aside for Zaiku to take her. "Ohh..." she moaned, loud and clear, enough for all of them to hear, including the deafened Svad. "Bite me. Claw me. Tear me apart, Mister Zaiku..."

Oh, this was going to be delightfully bloody and fun.

PostSubject: Re: [| Genesis: MB   [| Genesis: MB - Page 29 Icon_minitimeFri Jun 07, 2013 12:39 am

The fae was both irritated and intrigued by Julien's new attitude. He was cool and confident, clearly unaffected by the scene he had come upon, undaunted by the relentlessly violent wolves before him. He seemed to have a purpose in coming here, different from when he'd merely been floating about the last time around. And replacing the fliratious charm he'd once flaunted freely, he instead spoke with a somewhat mysterious edge. He knew why he was here, yet he was unrevealing and distant. Winter narrowed her icy eyes, wondering what had sparked such a change. She licked the blood from her maw, shaking out her coat as she settled down a bit and entered into a more civil state. She merely clicked her tongue as he told her that this was his home. She would leave that to Akira. Then a smirk crossed her muzzle as Julien indicated the fallen wolf, asking about what he'd done to meet such a fate. The cold femora waved her tail dismissively. "Whose to say I needed a reason?" she asked, her smirk widening to a menacing grin. She knew very well why she had done it, but she wasn't going to go into detail about it. She only wished her amusement hadn't been cut short.

Her eyes flashed, wondering to herself why Julien's presence had so quickly drawn her from the lust of the kill. Why had his appearance sparked any sort of reaction within her at all? Blinking at the sudden realization that there was something stirring within her, something that didn't involve rage, hatred or cold, hard satisfaction, she moved away from him slightly, no longer staring him down. She looked back to the savaged body, still pleased with the accomplishement, but distracted from it. A sudden howl caught her attention - it sounded rough and haunting, the most unique song she'd ever heard. It seemed new wolves were flooding the mountains, and it would be a good excuse for Winter to get away. She glanced to Akira, then back to Julien. She wanted to say more to him, yet she had nothing more to say. "I'll leave you to Akira," she said, nodding her head curtly as she whisked by him, her short black tail flicking into the air, nearly brushing the end of his nose, "See you around."

She trotted for several steps, then burst into a sprint, wanting to get away from whatever was making her so uncomfortable. A low growl rumbled in her chest. She hated it when the mere presence of another could make her wilt with eyes averted and nothing left to say. It wasn't like her, and yet it had happened. She forced it all to the back of her mind. There was no time to fuss over such trivial things. With new wolves popping up around the borders, she wanted to find her sister, the only family she had left since returning here. It took her some time, but she at last came upon the site where Akira's offspring were gathered with Stark and Vengeance as well. She was glad to see another able-bodied canine around. She knew her sister could fend for herself, but she was still young, and against more experienced fighters she and the other youngsters wouldn't hold up so well. She saw her sister get up and move towards her as soon as she appeared. Winter slowed, wondering if her pace was so hurried that it hinted to her whirling inner state.

Vengeance perked up when she heard a distant howl, a sound that was chilling and almost unlike a wolf's song. She glanced around to her packmates, wondering what they thought of the sound. Although alert, Vengeance remained settled, listening for a returning howl or some sort of sign that anyone was approaching. Hackles rose as pawfalls quickly made their way toward the small group, but she settled again as the familiar scent washed over her. She watched her sister approach, then stood and sped up to meet her when the fae slowed. "What's going on?" she asked, noticing how Winter looked flushed and distracted. A menacing look flashed in Winter's eyes. "I just came to find you, that's all," the fae snapped, "New wolves are arriving, and I want you near me when we meet them." Vengeanced cocked a brow, wondering what would make her protective all of a sudden. Shrugging, she shook her pelt off, readying herself to move. As she lifted her nose to the wind, she noticed several distant scents, and was surprised at how many there were all at once. Interested, she glanced back to where the others were. "It seems there are several unknown wolves in the mountains," she announced, waving her tail, "I wanna find out who they are. Anyone else coming?" Her eyes lingered on Odin for a moment, willing him to come along.

"Come on," Winter insisted impatiently, not waiting for the others to follow. Certainly if they were interested, then they would seek out the newcomers as well. Vengeance took off after Winter - although she wanted to protest and wait for the others, something in her sister's being was out of the ordinary. She doubted that Winter was just eager to greet some new wolves. She had never been that social. "Why are you in such a hurry?" she demanded, trotting at the fae's shoulder, "Didn't you find the wolf that Akira sent you after?" Winter's pace slowed again. "We took care of that wolf," she growled, licking her lips with a momentary grin, "Maybe I'll string his entrails along the border when I have time." Vengeance snorted with amusement, wishing she'd been there to take part. She'd never seen a wolf murdered before, although she'd been in a few scraps. But still, she knew her sister was behaving strangely; even her scent seemed different. That's when Vengeance realized her sister's season was looming close. She kept a mental note of that, knowing it could be making her act weird.

"There are many new arrivals," Winter continued without further questioning, "Do you remember that wolf who followed us home after mother's last visit to Hamara?" The fae chuckled at her own comment. "Julien... he's back." Vengeance narrowed her eyes. She remembered the male. He had seemed so wishy washy, unsure of what he was really doing, even though he had offered to help them get revenge on the wolves of Hamara. That was no longer necessary, but she remembered it clearly. "So, what about him?" Vengeance rumbled, rolling her eyes, "Was there something between you?" Winter whirled around, snapping her jaws in front of her sister's face. "Of course not!" she snarled, offended, "What a waste of time. You'd do well to keep your distance from the others, as well." Vengeance wrinkled her nose, baring her ivories, but couldn't help letting out a chuckle. "I'm not the one coming into season," she teased, dodging Winter's snapping fangs, "Well at least I know why you're so sensitive right now." Her cackling laugh broke through the silence of the mountains, startling the birds into flight as Vengeance crashed through the mountain woods with Winter snapping at her tail. Winter gave up with a growl, glaring at the ground as she trotted along - she couldn't believe that her sister had caught onto her coming into heat before she had even noticed it herself. But at the same time, she was relieved, for she had something to blame her distrubed emotions on. Once they had both settled into silence again, they then adjusted their direction to head for the group of newcomers..

The young bru cast a sideways glance at Zai through his singular orb, noting the bored look, yet hearing the playful tone underneath sharp words. Ehrgeiz let loose a strained breath, barely stifling an irritated growl. The hessian blatantly ignored his questions, instead changing the subject to something he was trying desperately to ignore. Sighing heavily, he realized that it was going to be a major headache getting any information out of him. He shook his head fervently. “I don’t have time to waste chasing tail,” he growled irritably, then muttured under his breath, “Nothing would smell sweeter than her spilled blood right now…” His gaze fell to the ground momentarily, until the other male’s attention was off of him. Then his eye wandered to Ana’s form, unable to stop himself. Though he wished to keep such primal desires under control, keep his mind on his mission, he found it impossible as the elderly fae flaunted herself. Even though her hips were scrawny and her tail merely a trail of vertebrae, he felt desire welling up within himself.
As they came to a halt, Ehrgeiz remained standing, biting his lip in an effort to change where his mind was going. He then felt a hard glare locked upon him, and turned to find Zaiaku staring at him, his sapphire spheres revealing nothing, but Ehrgeiz clung to the words that came next. Did Zaiaku know that he was searching for something, or was he merely speaking in riddles, as he seemed to do so frequently? They hadn’t exchanged words previously. The young male bristled, frustration burning within him. He parted his jaws to speak, momentarily distracted from the fae’s intoxicating scent, when the other male simply winked and turned back to Ana. He clawed at the ground, watching the older male ignore him and stride up beside the senior femme, making her an offer. Her eyes were just switching from his own form to that of Zaiaku’s, and it sent a shiver through him realizing how the woman had been watching him. The longer he stood still, the more his legs began to quiver; he hated this uncontrollable feeling washing over him, yet he couldn’t resist it any longer.

“Oh Ana, you tease!” came a gruff voice, heavy padfalls coming up from behind as Thano came to Anastasiya’s side, opposite to Zai. His breath came heavily, rustling the back of her ear. “How thoughtful of you to give us a show,” he murmured, giving her a playful nudge on the cheek with his nose as he bounded off with a limp. As they stopped and stood about waiting to be greeted (or assaulted) by someone of the Muerta pack, Thano didn’t feel so impatient about this straggling, horny bunch of wolves. In fact, he looked forward to the show - too old to partake, practicing some voyeurism was enough excitement for him. He lumbered into the sparse undergrowth, fixing himself a comfortable viewing spot. He licked his lips in amusement, glancing for a second to Svad, who looked like he always did - dead. He hoped the bru would have some fun with the rest of them, but it seemed he was distracted by their ultimate goal. Thano couldn’t blame him - the games in store for them all would be far more amusing than anything that would happen here. Still, indulging in a little earthly fun from time to time never got boring.
Ehrgeiz couldn’t tear his gaze away as Ana spoke with a light giggle, offering herself to Zaiaku, shifting her tail aside to reveal her finer parts. Thano appeared, briefly interacting with the fae before lumbering off. He knew now that she was taunting them all, and she was loving every moment of the attention she received. She wasn’t shy; she would allow herself to be mounted in front of them all in foreign lands. The thought made Ehrgeiz even more excited, but he couldn’t compete with the much larger male who stood at her side. Instead, he began to pace slowly, his eye never leaving the scene, too enthralled with what was to come..

He saw Vengeance return with Odin, and noted how she, too, was cautious. When Mercy gave approval to eat, though, well, who was he to argue? Stark moved towards the carcass and took a chunk of meat before dragging it a short distance away before eating and leaving no trace except for blood.

His ears perked up curiously when Winter came back, and soon enough, she and Vengeance departed to investigate, the latter seemingly wanting more company. Stark stood up and grinned. To Mercy and Odin, he commented, "I'm going to tag along. Seems like there could be some fun if it's more than a one-wolf job."

He followed the pair, but kept a good distance, seeing Winter's unwillingness to wait for a response. Stark respected Winter, and didn't want to make her even more angry. Eyes kept the sisters in view, but his mind deliberately wandered and thought about what could happen in the upcoming summer. These lands probably wouldn't change a bit from their darker, sinister appearance. He wasn't paying attention to the conversation the two before him were holding, nor did he care at the moment, but it seemed they soon finished their conversation and fell silent. Stark was hoping the newcomers would prove to be entertaining, if nothing else.

Dae looked up at her brother, Odin, and nodded agreement with Mercy. She watched him and his opaque eye stare into the trees and she felt the fur stand on the back of her neck with his next words. He was always like that...able to ...know things. She licked the blood from her maw and shook her pelt calming the hairs. She glanced at Mercy...feeling that she too knew of Odin's prophet like words. Death would stalk the woods tonight and she knew too that the brute would be it's victim.

Vengeance's words would hit her ears next and she gave a mental shrug. "Your belly says otherwise." She commented as she pulled another mouthful of rich innards and swallowed. Stark had joined them...the other fea should too but if she was not brave enough then Dae would let her be. It was good to be cautious too.

She filled her belly and then stepped back. Winter had returned and pulled some of the wolves from the meal with her very presence. A soft exhale and she backed further and began to groom her stark coat. "Odin?" she asked suddenly and stepped closer so words were only shared between them. 'Do you ever have...thoughts of Killian?" She asked curiously almost afraid of his answer...this was her brother though and she was glad they were of the same blood and didn't hate eachother she would hate to have him for an enemy...for as quiet as he was at times...there was a danger about him.

Amber eyes lingered a moment on the corpse watching the blood get sucked up greedily by the soil. She was aware of Winter's own lustful pant beside her, the passion of the kill racing through both their veins. Winter could have just as easily passed the sentence but she was young and had many years ahead of her to satiate her kill quota. She seemed to be familiar with the wolf, what was his name again...Justin? Jack? Jailbait? They all blurred together to her those who lingered on the edge of her pack. Her true followers seemed to have dwindled over the years but her children fleshed out the pack nicely and Crimsons get was coming up nicely for lack of their mother. These musing brought her thoughts to the Midnights who once roamed her lands in large numbers but in the end they were a dying breed with foolish inner politics that proved to destroy them. They had been loyal though she would admit that much. Dracul had been an excellent underling and no doubt his death had been a loss to the pack.

A creaking howl climbed the air, a dry sinister sound that made even her pause to take notice. She pursed her lips intrigued wondering whose ancient throat it was relayed from because she knew that it belonged to no youth in these lands. She was no longer interested in speaking with this hessian, hell what was the point? There were far more interesting characters on the horizon for sure. Still she was the Queen of this place and she did not come running at the beckoning of outsiders, that's what her pack mates were for. Beside, no need to tire herself out when they could be brought to her. By Winter's reaction Akira knew that she would go for the howlers especially after this little incident, though by how well it went she would tuck the mishap away. Settling her eyes on Julien she grunted, licking the blood off her lips.

"You have been far from seen in the past few weeks brute. Care to take the fate of this one over here?" She motioned to the corpse "Or do you plan on actually contributing to the pack?" Her face was deadpan, a single brow raised in question. She was hungry and wanted to get back and eat some goat, the body here would rot with the worms and the birds for company.

Odin was happily ravaging the haunch of one of the goats puzzled by Vengeance's decision to stay out. If it was fear of his mother than it was misplaced, what was she like to do? Slaughter them all for insolence? The thought almost made him laugh. Almost. No, Akira needed them to grow and be strong. She had a young pack at the moment and he saw no one else lining up to join so she needed them. Then again he would see wiseness in caution when she was not of her children. Stark had joined in when a howl filtered through the trees that caused him to pause and lift his head and stare off in the distance. He noticed Mercy pause only briefly before shrugging and continuing to eat. The notes had danced along his spine though it was a guttural chorus ranging with despair and...otherness.

Moments later Winter bursts through the woods, he caught sight of blood on her muzzle but it seemed she was on edge and clearly headed to that howl pulling in her sister with a word. The invitation was extended for others to come but Winter was impatient and turned and left. He caught Vengeances lingering gaze and gave a slight nod. I'll be along shortly He thought at her while Stark opted in right away and gave chase.

Dany came up to his side as he licked his chops clean. Ears flicked at her question and he shifted so that he could look directly on her. He knew his way of being was a barrier between him and his siblings but for the most part it was just a side note and they got over it. Looking at her now he hoped that he did not frighten her and he tried to soften his gaze but it seldom did little for his blind eye. And how would he explain to them that it was not truly blind? That there were things that whirled, danced, pulsed, played in shadow and light? Killian's name rang through his body recognizing his lost kin. A trace of sorrow was in his heart for his brother but he was far from their reach.

He leaned forward touching his nose to Dany's ear in an affectionate gesture. "Of course I do, when i look upon you I see two souls that are one, born of each others love. I know you worry sister but he is alive and someday you will see him again. Now I am going to see what this howling is about." Once more he touched her face and set off after Winter, Vengeance and Stark. They were probably most the way there already but he was sure that they might be getting a real show.

Dae looked to her brother, wise beyond his years in a disturbing way...though Dae never questioned it. He had always been different. She watched as he shifted to 'look' at her with his milky eye and his touch came to her ear and she felt warmth from it. He did care for her and she did for him as well it was just different than the bond she shared with Killian.

Hearing his words she looked down and gave a soft sigh. "As long as he is alive...that is all that matters." She said and then watched as he would turn to see what the howling was about. She had to admit her curiosity was perked as well. When Odin touched her face she touched his gently in returned, a sign of sibling affection and stood to turn and follow her brother.

"I will join you." She said flicking her snowy tail.

A breeze ruffled through his coat, painting the pitch in the salty sweet scent. It was rich and silky, driving him and the rest of his kind mad. Being so close to her was a deafening choice, even the smooth talking joker was tongue tied. Blood coursed through his veins, pumping adrenaline through him. It settled lightly at the approach of Thano's, a bold move, not that Zaiaku would do anything about the ancient. He had no doubt the drake had been vexed by her himself, in some ill begotten era. Any other and he'd enjoy more than one sweetness in a day. Thano's simply came to point out the painful truth, she teased them all so willingly. It was enough time for Zai to compose himself, a dark smirk crossing his maw.

She was so eager and willing, begging for a scratch, it would be better to play than to ravage, that could come later. The demon watched Thanos leave, choosing a distant perch to enjoy the show from. For a brief moment his ocean hues fell to Svad, seemingly still recovering from his last effort to call out. Would that crazed drake make it past another night? Ridding himself of thought, the demon slithered along Anastasiya's frame, lingering behind before pulling up along where Thano had been. His midnight black frame still pressed against her own, the dark prince smirked and nipped Ana upon her shoulder. "Youth must taste so sweet, delicate in its innocence." Ocean hues lifted to the young Ehrgeiz, smirking playfully. "Do you like the taste of innocence, my dear?" The demon's oculars never strayed from Ehrgeiz, even as he approached the pacing hessian.

It was a difficult thing, to directly avert the company of a begging fae, a terrible strain on both parties really. But Zai could see hunger in the younger drake, and that made room for more foreplay. Oh! What he wouldn't give to cackle at the drama before him, however, he remained composed. Zaiaku slinked forward, the cheshire smile ever present, and wrapped himself around Ehrgeiz. "Tell me, have you yet to feel the velvet warmth of a woman?" Zaiaku poured seduction from every fibre, even on Ehrgeiz, going as far as to rub up against the other hessian. He had hopes Ana's scent was spell binding to Ehrgeiz, it was doing a number on him but Zai could control his impulse, somewhat. "Oooh, the things I would do to her!" The hellspawn shuddered with excitement, his black whipcord flicked to tap Ehrgeiz. The air was so thick with lust, the sin had to be torn with ivories. He made a point to pant, the hot breath blowing across Ehrgeiz's aud, whispering more sweet nothing's. "Well, go on lad. Make her yours, she begs to be tamed."

The young drake's previous anger had seemed to subside when Ana flaunted her scent. Much like any young bru, he was intoxicated like the rest. Surely even Svad must've stirred slight, assuming he could still smell. The brief distraction guided his crystal blue hues to avert to Svad, seeing the light rise, a pause, and then fall of his frame. It was enough to know he was alive. And almost immediately, he was back to the matter at paw. Even if the young lad fell for his drama, Ehrgeiz wouldn't be the one to finish. The demon was far to pent up not to take his turn, it was difficult enough just playing this ruse. Sapphires glided over Ana, beautiful for her age, flashing a flirtatious smirk.

The bones creaked and cracked, it was a misery to wake each day. And now, only, did he feel some vital signs. The coughs persisted, and the remaining sound that was picked up from his left ear was muddled water. The fortune was in his gaze, clear as any youth. Hues lifted from the veiled darkness, the cool of the high altitude was a pleasure. Svadilfari took his time raising from the terra, stretching his frame as much as possible, a miracle at all. The ancient turned his haunting gaze from every corner of the pass, averting from the peaks to the trees, and finally to Thano. Enjoying the show of life, his own gaze flickering over Ana. Immunity would mean he was dead as a hessian, no, he had enjoyed those days with a young Anastasiya. She was a queen of pleasure, still able to vex the minds of younger drakes. Svad stepped towards Thano, having to pause only briefly to correct a contortion in his neck.

"Scouts are coming..." Svad crept up to Thano, and reclined on his haunches. "Best they take their time, testosterone will get them killed." Raising his right hind leg to scratch his ear, the wraith smirked briefly. Hues narrowed in thought, and once more he rose. "Will you meet them, Thano?" Svad's gaze shifted to the other ancient. More of a brother than most blood ties, and much more social. Svadilfari might've been the younger brother, he was reserved and had always been weaker. "I will come. It must be away from the show." His gaze flickered over the stage, before turning his frame to the mainland.

Julien couldn't help but laugh on the inside. No one was glad to see him here, and here he would remain to obtain what he wanted. When Winter snapped back at him and said that she didn't need a reason to slaughter the wolf that now lay in his own blood, he shrugged. "I suppose you don't," he replied, nonplussed. The wolf was dead for a reason, and what reason did that matter anymore since he was dead? Julien's gaze remained upon the black vixen, but she was distracted by something, and a devilish smirk rose beneath his skin. She seemed confused, and judging from her warm scent - normally so cold, as per her name - it was from her own season. Perhaps he could get what he wanted much easier than anticipated. A foreigner's howl bubbled through the air, a call that was old and ancient and strange, something he (and from the look on Winter's face) had never heard before. She bid him farewell, to which he replied, "Sooner than you know.". Her lithe, obsidian form left with a trot, and then broke into a sprint, leaving bloody footprints from the kill in the thin layer of snow. Her scent lingered. Oh, how it seemed that she was just out of reach.

As much as he wanted to chase her and follow her to the source of the queer howl, there was Akira to answer to. She spoke of him meeting the same fate as the dead wolf, left to rot for the ravens and the worms, to which he shrugged once again. "I don't see what the point would be," he replied. "If you have a body willing to listen, you may as well use it. My leave was temporary. I don't plan on leaving again. You could say that I have more interest in this pack now than I did before." His gaze slid to where Winter was once standing, wondering if the Queen would catch on, but he wouldn't have been surprised if she didn't. He didn't linger there too long, as his focus was supposed to be on Akira; she laid the law of the land here, afterall. "Tell me what needs to be done, and it will be done," he said, as a soldier would to a captain, waiting further instruction or dismissal. He could play the part well.

The ancient brute watched with growing anticipation as the show became more interesting. He couldn't help but chuckle to himself as he saw Ana's expressions, waiting for someone to claim her, yet she was teased by the male's games. She looked aggravated when Zai left her to approach the younger brute, but pleased again when he approached. Just as things were heating up, he heard the familiar, uneven pawsteps of Svadilfari. He looked up with a grin, hoping that the brute would come to join him in watching the show. However, before he could say anything, Svad warned of approaching scouts, and requested that he go meet them. He frowned. "How boring," he complained, flicking an ear. Thano grumbled in disappointment to himself, then shifted reluctantly to all fours. "Very well, Svad," he rumbled, shaking out his thick black coat, "Let the young have their fun... I've already had mine and there's more to come. We'll take care of these scouts." He moved away from the other ancient and padded away as quietly as he could, scenting the air to find the general direction of the Muerta wolves.

With some difficulty he picked out the scents amongst the pheromones that heavily laced the air around them. He headed out at a lumbering gait, keen on making it to the scouts well before they came within sight of the show. It wasn't long before he could see different forms shifting through the tall, narrow pines. He didn't slow his pace until he met them, two females in the lead while others were approaching in the distance.

Winter narrowed her eyes as she spotted two dark forms in the distance. She glanced to her sister, and with a nod they increased their pace until they came within several feet of the pair. Her short tassel was raised high, icy orbs glaring as she examined the ancient wolves. This scraggly duo was not what she had expected to find, the elder male in front grinning knowingly. "Greetings," she murmured cautiously, keeping her senses alert, "I expected to see more wolves... surely you two are not the only ones to invade our lands?" Thano dipped his head to the fae, ignoring her hostile glare and unwelcoming tones. "We come in the name of Fenrir," he stated, his tone soft but compelling, his eyes gleaming with something mysterious, "Great things are in store for the wolves of Muerta.." Winter eyed the elder wolf in disbelief, the beginnings of a snarl curling her lip. "What are you talking about?" she growled - had it been a younger wolf speaking such nonsense, she wouldn't have hesitated to threaten him a little, "I asked about the other wolves with you. They're here somewhere... it won't be wise of them to hide within our borders." She felt it would be a poor show of strength to try to intimidate such an old wolf, although his lack of straightforward answers irritated her. Vengeance shifted beside her, obviously getting impatient as well, but holding her tongue.

Thano gave a wily smile, his eyes bright and enthusiastic but somewhat distant as he looked through Winter. It was as  though he were envisioning great and wondrous things. At last his gaze settled on Winter once more. "Fenrir will reveal all in time, just be patient," he said, avoiding her questions, buying time and building curiosity. He looked past her again, seeing the other wolves drawing ever nearer. "Wait for your packmates," he suggested calmly, "They will want to hear us as well." He let out a relaxed breath as he watched the sisters exchange questioning glances. Winter turned back to him, snorting. "If you insist," she hissed, clearly annoyed, but somewhat interested as well. Perhaps the old wolf had merely lost his mind and was imagining some sort of far off world. Either way, it wasn't like she had somewhere more important to be, and she would get to the bottom of this eventually. Now they merely waited for the others that had tagged along to catch up, and they would find out who these ancients were, and where their traveling comrades were.

Akira watched Julien and the quite casual way of his being irritated her. All wolves like this irritated her and in the end they all died the same. Perhaps the recent kill left her with a hankering to simply put her fangs in his throat and be done with it but she was no fool and he spoke true words. She would not trust him, by the black gods she did not trust anyone but if he would listen then he was of use to her yet. Age had not dulled her wits a bit and she picked up on his undertone when his eyes flicked to the fleeting form a Winter. She barked a humorless laugh then. "Go then, impregnate the bitch but don't expect soft kisses in return. The more wolves for my pack the better. I have no use for you now, do what you won't, though I daresay I don't really care." And with that the white queen sauntered off into the forest wondering who had come knocking on her door. No doubt she would find out soon enough.

Odin soon caught sight the pair of sisters where they were slowing to a halt in front of a pair of other wolves. He glanced to his side at Dae but otherwise did not comment. Surely there were more than this, actually he felt it in his gut and knew there were more than this. They closed the gap fast and he came up to stand along Vengeance. He cast the sisters a cursory glance before looking at the intruders. His milky eye moving with his blue one. What he saw did not exactly disturb him but it put some answers in his head. It seemed they had been waited for but he looked past the hessian shoulders and his voice was a deep rumble, inherited from his father. "And your other companions? When shall they be done with their....business." Attention flicked back to the one called Thanos. Though Odin was young he and the rest of the children were growing into the wolves they would become and he shared no less of the becoming muscle and strength that was so common amongst young male wolves. Though he did not bother to pose a threatening posture for he saw more clearly than anyone truly knew.

Perhaps there was a time when physical pleasures had brought him bliss, when youth invigorated the loins. He had shared many conquests, there had been much freedom in the homeland. All had enjoyed the pleasures of the flesh, and within time, the mind. A fragile thing, infinite in capacity and yet here he decayed. Self aware, and fully refusing, it was no doubt that the mind slipped. If not more of a show though, let those who were easily manipulated think him mad! For they were not entirely wrong. Only, these intentions held little malevolence, this wasn't about any of them. Rid thyself of the ego. Svadilfari never returned his gaze to the indulgences occurring paw lengths away, instead simply stumbling along after Thano.

It was a constant headache, the barrage of thoughts and dreams and sounds. It was a wonder any wolf woke with anticipation of the night, even in its quietness the sound of the world crushed him. In the silence of their walk, he found a light pain once more. Fortunately a trick of the mind, a lie that he could think away. In and out, nares and maw. Svad lifted his gaze to the lumbering form of Thano, pleased to have the privilege of his presence. If only to rid him of speech, no doubt to a young fiery ego. A pain to not have a civilized conversation, everyone was so eager to spill blood. All the same, the perspective switched. This was trespassing, even if they sought sanctuary. They pose no physical threat, at least he did not, the threat lay elsewhere. Still his thought became action, and two youthful women approached.

Svadilfari shut down, choosing to return to his frightful mind. The cluster of thoughts more soothing than the aggression of the fae, though he could see the apprehension. Where was the ice queen, that was the face he wished to speak to. His gaze lifted to the stars, counting among the history, and looming on a specific cluster. It wouldn't matter if clouds obscured his already blinding view, the ancient would find the cluster. More presences brought him back, and his gaze fell on the young bruja. Youth, in its perfect form. Though, youth is best when truly fresh. The blood so clean, He would prefer such. Svad ceased his thoughts and continued to gaze at the milky white and blue, beauty in nature.

Svadilfari moved to the other side of his companion, and closer to the young hessian. Perhaps too close for the situation, however there was a pull that Svad wouldn't deny. The ancient stopped and slowly reclined on his haunches, releasing a light sigh. "In time, you'll learn of nature's course. No one could quantify that time frame, or any." Clear and precise, he had repressed a cough. Svad opened his maw to speak again, but no words came. His gaze lifted past the drake, hues scouting the land. "We will converse in dreams." Svadilfari spoke lightly and it seemed to the air. His gaze fell once more on Odin, before the ancient stood and returned to Thanos' side. It seemed like patience was ever more the virtue.

Daenerys also saw the pair of sisters where they slowed to meet a pair of other wolves. She cast her green eyes to Odin and caught his glance and noted his silence. He knew something. She knew it in her gut there was more to this picture just by the way her brother reacted.

Dae watched as Odin moved alongside Vengance and she sided him on the other side. Her tail held high as was her position in the pack. Her brother's voice next startled her causing her tail to flick slightly. It wasn't the fact he spoke. It was the fact that he sounded so much like father now.  His words told there were more wolves even if they couldn't be seen. Odin 'knew' these things even if one couldn't sort the scents out with one's nose.

The older wolf then moved forward toward Odin. Too close for comfort in Dae's opinion and she lifted her lip in a silent snarl. Patience may be a virtue of some but when it came to trespassers in the land who spoke vaguely of things to come...well Dae wasn't patient. She lifted her chin and her tail further.

"I do think that you may want to reconsider speaking of your intentions strangers." She said clearly and cooly. Young wolf...yes...small wolf ...yes...but she was fierce as her Aunt Akiko and her blue eyes told of it as she stared at the strangers. "You will find the wolves of Muerta lack patience...especially our Queen." She added. Mother would have ripped into this insolence by now for sure.

Ah the pleasures of the flesh, a release of something physical. There was an exhaustion after having dealt with so many short tempered wolves, so unwilling to speak and so quick to act. Such foolish actions should draw blood, let them spill theirs from the mouth. Alas, he was a man of thought, of disturb intellect. Perhaps just insanity. It kept his flesh alive, his soul was other entirely. What poison flowed from the jowls had a tendency to influence another, if enough implication of intention showed. Manipulation was a sour word, never unwilling, simply ignorant to their willingness.

The demon had removed himself from the scene, having had the fortune of not tying with the old wench. There were now more pressing matters to attend too, he had young Ehrgeiz in his paw. It was a matter of finding out if his instinct proved accurate. That woman had done enough damage, nothing at all and yet a waste of time. Vexed with potential, culminating in a grand nothingness. A tease and a whore. The drake quickly rid himself of thought, it would bring him no benefits to continue that thread.

His form sauntered after the two ancient drakes, curious now as to whom they've met. The metaphors and tongue in which Svad spoke should be enough to irritate any. Zai wasn't sure he could even keep up. The ebon demon, sapphire hues piercing out of his pitch form, came close to the gathering. Twin peaks flicking to catch the words exchanged, a smirk crossing his maw. "You will grow some with these ones, undoubtably." Zaiaku moved forward, taking a place near the soul brothers. "If it's comfort you seek, there are five in our party. The last will join when they can remove themselves from one another." The scent wouldn't have washed from him, it wasn't something he acknowledged.

Zaiaku sat upon his haunches, ocean hues flickering over each wolf. Letting his gaze look through all, exploring the surrounding without taking a step. Curiosity weighed heavy on him, what traits did the ice queen share with her sister? Would she take this offer better than the other? He would not take this gift to another pack, the mountains seemed the only ruthless place left. Below the eternal winter, the wolves grew soft in their fields of tall grass. It made things entertaining, but nothing could be done. "Our intentions are with your Queen, our words are not for you." Zai glanced at the young fae briefly. He removed the condescension and playfulness, the typical demon was now a stoic representative.

Odin felt the litany of wraiths twisting about his mind, touching his subconscious whispering and caressing his soul. A world of light and shadows whirled beneath the very essence of the earth silent to those who were to deaf and or too dumb to open their minds. He didn't blame them though, he wasn't sure if his existence would be happier without the strange visions of his inner eye. Either way it was as it was designed to be and he hosted no complaints. Something was stirring, a white noise filled his mind and as he watched the ancient brute who was with Thanos move towards him he tilted his dial as if in question but spoke none. The brute wore the mantle of age just as he wore that of youth. Just as Svad did, he too felt a inexorable pull and did not balk when the hessian moved closer than was polite. Eyes were focused on his face but focused elsewhere at the same time. You could see the distance in his pupil, his milky eye aligned mysteriously ahead.

Auds cupped forward to catch the words and there was so much more noise than just the words. A whirling writhing mass of noise and things unexplained. That special and ancient place in Odins mind slipped over taking in everything. The brus words trickled down into his mind each sound resonating in his skull. He spoke no response instead just watched, inside he fault taut as a drawn bow though you would never guess from his outward appearance. The words almost vague in their meaning rang true with something inside of him and Odin felt for the first time something kindle in his breast. The bru broke contact his eyes wandering the heavens appearing to have more to say but it would be several seconds longer until his final words came forth. He met his gaze that final time and gave an almost imperceptible nod. "So we shall, Hestaka. His own tones were the same featherlight touch before the wind swept it away as if it had never been.

It just like that the exchange was over, broken by his sisters tension and her assertive questions and the appearance of a brute who glided in with ease and power. Odin could smell sex on his fur and it almost made his lip rise to a snarl. To come into another pack lands and to give in to such base instinct before even meeting with the pack...disrespectful and more than a death wish here. But there was something larger going on that would not excuse the behavior but put it on the back burner. Dae was right that if their mother was here she would have already sprung her claws into the hide of this hessian. He glanced at the females that consisted of their group and back to the trio. "We will not advance until all your members are accounted for, though if they wish death then let them wander. We have more than one unstable member here." His tassle flicked, he always felt this such a tedious game but knew it was necessary for the others. They did not see like he did, the worlds currents were no so visible so they would posture and pose until everyone or someone was appeased.

A shrill giggle spilled from her dripping maw as she slinked out from the bushes, sliding alongside the hessians. She hadn't bothered to wash or clean herself, relishing the way that the hot fluids felt in her body; she was too old to conceive, but never old enough to deny the pleasure. "Enjoy the show, boys?" she cackled, her voice high and raspy, cataracted yellow eyes bright. She licked her lips; she could still taste Zai, seeing him alongside Svad. She hoped that she would be able to have fun with him again... and with Ehrgeiz, who lingered behind her. Of course he lingered behind her, for he was enjoying the view. Firstly broken virgins could never get enough. She cocked her head at the row of Muerta wolves before her, almost all of them harsh and youthful. Ah, to be young again.

She turned to the boy, the one who spoke, so strongly as if he were a man. But she could tell with just a sniff that he was not a man yet. His brow was firm and he stood with his shoulders tall. "Oh," she said with mock surprise, after hearing his threat. "I do apologize, young sir... If you had wanted to see the show, I wouldn't mind performing an encore. You could be the lead, if you like. No need to be so upset." She smiled again, toothless and sly. He was so serious. "But of course... None of that can happen just yet. Such a shame."

He raised a brow. Impregnate her? A short, harsh laugh passed his lips. He wanted to fuck her, not impregnate her. Though, he didn't expect many to understand his logic. If he had wanted to impregnate every woman he had been with, he would have far too many children than he could count. Regardless, Akira was not going to kill him... Today, at least. He didn't put it past her to change her mind tomorrow. He followed her tracks to the other wolves, who were already engaged with the intruders. He slowed and pulled up alongside Winter's right flank, silent but present. Then, the scent hit him - the scent of fresh, heated sex, and his gaze turned to one of the males that Odin was conversing with, and then lingered to the elder female that appeared from the bushes. She was flooded with it. It intrigued him more than anything else; an old bitch and a young male? How perverse. What intrigued him more was that the female, though she had recently been laid, looked to Odin as if she wanted more. Julien's own hunger was sated, reigned, even as he inhaled the thick scent of Winter's spice beside him. There would be a time and a place he could mount her, but now was not it. He did not look at her. There was business to attend to first, and there was something very, very strange about this group of wolves that went beyond darkness...

Daenerys pinned her ears. Surely this bru wasn't nose dead and could smell she was of the queen's blood. Fool. He reeked of sex and disreguard. Her nose wrinkled at the scent.

"You are a fool." She said condecendingly.

Her words were followed by her brother's and she flicked an ear at him. There were other's out there still and she would not make a mockery of her brother in front of the strangers. She knew when he said there were others...there would be others. She held firm, tail still high stating her position in this pack. Daughter of the queen.

A new voice came forth and it was foul. Female...obviously their plaything. She stunk of more than one male...and then propositioned her brother. She shook her head in disgust. Whore..nothing but a mongrel whore. She found herself wanting to rip this wolfess' throat out and spit the blood at her companions.

Odd. Thoughts like this didn't well up within her often, but her mother's blood ran through her veins too.

There was something about this group that unsettled her.

Intense blue eyes looked at the male who offended her.

"Obviously you do not know to whom you are speaking stranger." She said, her voice cold as the mountains around her. She looked like a young version of her aunt. Snowy coat and intense blue eyes. Glancing to her milky eyed brother she wondered how this should be handled.

Her mother would have killed him.

The thought was tantilizing but she was not so bold as to know she wasn't mature enough yet to handle him.

Tipping her maw she let forth a short howl...

calling the Queen.

Ehrgeiz was the last to proceed, still drained from the experience. He lingered at the hind of the group for a while, still longing for the moments that were now behind them. Then he shook himself and cleared his mind; there was a reason he had come to this place, and he had already wasted enough time. Perhaps they'd already be further along if they hadn't stopped to fulfill such meaningless desires. His sapphire gaze flitted over Ana's scrawny form. Now that he was done with her, he crinkled his nose at her appearance; he could just as easily spill her blood now, though he knew even this filthy, loose femme was of some importance here. The young brute moved and placed himself at Zaiaku's side, still convinced that the drake would have information for him eventually. When the time was right, he could ask more, but for now they were faced with hostile glares and impatient words from the wolves of Muerta.

His eye shifted over to a young male who spoke with confidence, but seemed bored by the ritualization of this sort of pack work. Then Ana's haggy old voice filled the air, inviting another round of her whorish games, this time for a new audience. Ehrgeiz snarled in annoyance, teeth clacking. If anything, she was just going to make this take longer, and cause more frustration with the wolves around her. He looked over each wolf, trying to determine their intentions and their thoughts. Surely if they became too irritated, they would simply eliminate the problem. Now he looked to Daenerys, who looked most impatient out of all the wolves assembled. The fire and intensity behind her blue eyes, and felt the corners of his lips twitch in amusement as the fae looked with outright disgust in Ana's direction, before turning her attention on Zai. She showed no fear, her posture strong as she spoke to him, her tone cold. She was beautiful. Too bad he didn't have time to pursue such interests.. just like he hadn't had time to waste on Ana. He growled to himself, then watched, waiting for more to unfold upon this scene.

Thanos merely drooped his head, grinning to himself as the wolves tried to interrogate them. Eyes glanced around wildly, taking in the appearance of each wolf as they came, licking his lips. Who would he be able to tempt? Who would do his bidding, in the name of Fenrir? He let his comrades do the talking. It was unnecessary for him to add in anything more. These wolves would either wait for their Queen to appear so that they could hear the news, or they would get fed up and tear them to pieces. Thanos didn't fret. He knew things would fall into place just as they were supposed to, but once everything was set in motion, these mortals would start to choose their own destinies. Form them and shape them in ways that went beyond the normal laws of nature. Some wolves would receive gifts, and others would not. Who would grow jealous and greedy? How much blood would be spilled? What sort of chaos were these wolves willing to brave just to find an unknown outcome? Oh it would be interesting. "Fenrir awaits to set your fate," he mumbled, his eyes fixed on the ground.

Winter watched as their packmates arrived in their own time, noticing Odin come to her sister's side. She would speak to her about this later. For a young fae that tried to lecture her on not growing attached to others, she sure seemed fine standing close to that male. Her ears then perked to the words exchanged between Odin and one of the ancients who had seemed reclusive upon her approach - it made little sense to her and as far as she was concerned, they weren't any closer to knowing what was going on with these intruders. She was growing impatient, but still they were not threatening, and still she had nowhere better to be. Then Dae spoke. She had an attitude about her that made Winter's hackles prickle. She was glad for the approach of yet another male, which took her mind away from the princess and her attitude. She felt better directing her aggressive feelings at him, and curled a lip as he spoke, claws digging into the ground. She had to remind herself that she still bore wounds from her last downed victim, and it wouldn't be wise to start another fight.

At last the entire party had arrived, each more obnoxious than the last - from the ignorant, self-important drake who disregarded the mountain wolves, to the flaunting whore, and last the glowering male who seemed to size them all up. She wouldn't mind taking him down a notch. The stench of sex was upon all three of those wolves - how insolent of them to intrude upon foreign lands and play with each other so freely. A low growl rumbled in her chest, but was interrupted as a familiar presence came to her side, and she turned to see Julien. Her short, bushy tassel swayed without her consent, and she had to force her body not to close the gap between them. Narrowing her eyes, she looked away from him, focusing her gaze upon the wolves assembled in front of them. His presence refreshed her feelings of rage, and the desire to tear into flesh and rip the life from someone's body was renewed. Why she felt this way, she did not understand - all she knew was that despite how he caused it, she felt no desire to thrash him as she wished to thrash someone else.

Vengeance watched the proceedings in silence, suppressing a growl at the appearance of each new wolf. She felt her sister stiffen beside her, clearly wanting to take someone out of the picture. But it seemed for now that Odin and Daenerys were getting things under control, though Dae's cold and tough attitude made her smirk with amusement. She could see how they might clash one day, but it was only natural. They would need to settle their ranks within the pack somehow. As all the wolves had arrived, with the strangers and within their own group, Vengeance still noticed an unfamiliar scent outside of that. She tilted her maw toward Winter's ear. "I smell another intruder," she whispered, "Looks like we're fine here, I'm going to check it out." She wasn't sure if her sister heard, but the fae flicked a jet black ear so Vengeance shrugged and slunk away. As she clambered with ease over the terra, she realized how strong this scent was becoming. Although unfamiliar, it was as though the wolf had been there for some time. Perhaps the cold had blocked their ability to scent intruders until more recently.

She spotted a brute by himself, who seemed to be waiting around. She approached Hades quietly, her body taking on a natural prowling motion. Once within earshot, she paused in her forward momentum and addressed him. "Greetings hessian," she spoke, her tone edged with a growl - a way of speech that was common amongst her kin, "It seems you've been here a while. What's your business here?" She perked her ears, wondering what he would have to say, but ready to defend herself if he was hostile.

Stark just watched the events unfold before his eyes, listening to Akira's children, who he was silently cheering on, on guard in case the wolves decided to be fool enough to turn aggressive. It didn't appear so, but he had quickly noticed when Odin showed interest and spoke in... whatever that way was, something was happening, either now or soon. He didn't care if the young'un had some sort of voodoo, mentally touched, or some other weird thing going on. He wouldn't say the kid was harmless, just... in control and clearly not over the ledge into insanity. Dang right it was weird, especially with that eye, but nothing like that would drive him away or freak him out. He'd still be cautious for any signs of attack from the intruders on the heirs- all of them.

Comrades of the intruders appeared, and Stark managed to refrain from making a smart comment. He was sure the rest of the pack wouldn't appreciate it, and it was... wrong. If they were pack who'd gotten caught sneaking to wash off, he'd joke. This, though... A familiar face appeared, and he didn't stop his lips from curling into a smirk. So he came back after all. Whether he was looking for something, or sniffed out the excitement in these lands, it was of no matter. He turned back to watch. Akira had been called. He almost shivered in anticipation of what would unfold, not fearing what might erupt. Why would he? The best kind of fun was dangerous, and everyone was on edge. The possibility of someone snapping from the tension wasn't far off.

Odin's attention slid over to the aged witch that slunk in behind the males, her voice grated against his ears. The smell of sex even stronger on her than on the other male. Odin would not deny that something instinctual called to him with all the pheromones about but he had no desire for this fae who mocked him. He did not respond to her goading, instead tilted his head and stared at her deadpan one eye bright the other dull. He did not find her amusing. In his regard she was not the important one here, before he could speak his sisters ire flashed at the hessian once more and her voice suddenly rent the air spiraling into the sky to call mother. Oh sister, she is closer than you think..

Since the howl had rung across her lands Akira's instincts were ringing in unison, straining her mind to seek the source. There was little that went on in her lands that she did not know about, she had roosted in these mountains far too long to be oblivious. There were none other that knew the heights of the peaks so well, none who knew where the deepest cave lay with sparkling mountain water that was fresher than the coolest streams. So it was with great ease that the Queen of bones looked from her perch unobserved and watched the crows scatter and settle time and again where the party of her wolves trekked. She knew where the intruders had called from the moment they had lifted their song. Flat amber eyes surveyed the forest, she knew which direction her children would go when confronting them. Rising to her feet she felt her joints creak in protest but what was life without pain? Every sliver of hurt, ache and throb gave her strength. What other wolf could claim as much, it was that which fed her body and soul. Hers or others it did not matter where it came from. Sorrow, agony and distress were all hers to command. It was what these fools did not see, would any other have lasted so long as she? Certainly not. Her teeth clacked together and a black chuckle rolled slowly from her mouth for only the bugs in the grass to hear. Oh yes, she felt it in her bones, something was coming. Something grand. Running her tongue over her canines she savored the blood as she cut it on a jagged incisor. Casting one more glance into the dense thicket of trees where she knew the host to be she ducked into the shadows and headed down the slope.

The witches padfalls were silent as she ghosted through the trees, deftly avoiding the spots that would betray her presence. It was second nature after all these years, she had lived to long and experienced to much to be less than a wraith gliding through this forest. She did not follow the path that would take her to the bulk of her pack, no she preferred a much grander entrance, after all half of all power was in the show. Her journey took her through crimson pass, so aptly named for the amount of blood that had been spilled there over the years. None who were not permitted would walk there and see the light of day again. Old bones scattered the canyon floor, swept into corners by passage and time. There was no soul around with mostly everyone attending the prowlers. Exiting the canyon swiftly she soon plunged into the dappled light of the woods.  As she traversed her forest she became increasingly aware of a stench on the breeze. An unfamiliar and potent stench that sent her hackles up and her teeth gnashing. Red flashed across her vision muddling her thoughts only briefly. It is one thing to demand the presence of the Queen and quite another to fuck on her territory. Her ire was raised now and dangerous emotions rolled across her face. She would never play the stoic game as so many wolves did. If she felt enraged that she would let it play across her mug unimpeded.

It was such that the Queen found the spot where the wolves had entered and she followed their scent trail until it split, then she followed the sex. A growl threatened to spill out but despite her rash anger she did not lose control of a situation, especially by announcing herself with a growl. Arriving on an empty scene she scanned the area but instinctually knew that they had gone on only minutes before...they being three wolves, who had played in her terra. The scent was everywhere along with the stains of the act. Akira's insides quivered with hot rage, someone was going to die...Snapping her teeth she turned on her heel and plunged into the forest traveling a parallel route.

All her senses were attuned to the forest around her, she knew which path they would take and where her pack had stopped them. All this she gleaned from her earlier stoop and experience and knowledge of the land. Close now..She would have to be a child not to miss all the scents on the breeze anyways. As she was a clever and canny old witch she was sure to stay downwind. Ah there were the voices, the crunch of leaves she heard moments before had given away the position of a young male who trailed behind a haggard wench. She hissed in her mind, there was the bitch who thought she could mate on her land marking it in such a fashion. The words she spoke to her son were lost on her but she needed no words to make her next act. Fortunate for the bruja he sought the solace of company and sidled along the other males who were in attendance, meanwhile this bitch flaunted her craggy self in front of the party as if this was a fucking meet and greet.

Ice gripped her heart for a moment before adrenaline pushed through her veins and burst her body with a sensation of alive, her limbs quivered as if she were a taught arrow. Her daughters voice rang in the air calling her hence but there was no need. Akira, Queen of the damned was here and she was going to kill someone.

White bodice burst through the brush with no exclamation, no hue and cry to betray her presence. Fool bitch, never break from your pack It was the true law of nature and she was the weakness. She was separate from them, weak vulnerable. Like a demon she fell upon the bitch, claws and teeth slamming into her bony flank dragging her into the earth. All of this transpired with nay a sound from Akira and it was all the more terrifying for it. Tongue met flesh and tasted the sweet copper of life, the delicious beckoning of death. In a moment she was righted on her feet facing the fem, her back to her pack and children. Now a great and heedy snarl burst from her jowls rippling through the woods. Amber eyes were flashing with her barely suppressed rage but she was in control, she was always in control. "Come then harlot bitch if you would dare insult me with your body on my terra, come to die!" She cackled then a dry and sobering sound that had nothing to do with the dire situation and everything to do with her dead heart.
